My family and I had the best stay here. The location is super convenient to getting around LA (the grocery store being just down the street was also super helpful.) Street parking is super convenient, the rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful, convenient place to stay in LA.

Beautiful, cozy, great location with super responsive hosts! If you’re looking in the Venice Beach-Santa Monica area: snag this property! Perfect location in a roomy, well appointed home. Very nice location!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. It was super easy to communicate with the owner even when he was in Australia. It was super close to family we were visiting and the convenience of parking was fabulous. We would stay again.

Our stay was very comfortable and close to family we were visiting for the holidays. The house is nicely remodeled and furnished. Everything was in good working order, clean, organized and convenient. We were there during heavy rains (appreiated the umbrellas!) so didn't get to enjoy the outdoor areas other than the BBQ. We did like the gated privacy and inside the house was very quiet. We're familiar with the area and enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, to the Cafe at Penmar Golf Course and the easy access to Starbucks at Ralphs nearby.
