This 5,000 sq log home has plenty of room for the whole family (or two families!) With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms it sleeps up to 10. This home is located up 4 Mile Rd, 10-15 minutes to Ski Sunlight (a great family friendly ski resort), 10 minutes to downtown Glenwood Springs, home of the famous Hot Springs Pool and just 45 minutes to Aspen/Snowmass and Vail. Completely furnished with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Sleeps 8-10. Upstairs Master bedroom has custom log furniture, california king bed and private bath with marble floor, double sinks and whirlpool tub. Additional bedroom/bath downstairs with king bed (could be a 2nd master) plus 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, which share a full bathroom, also downstairs.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops (and is very well stocked with everything you need to cook, double oven and 6 burner stove), a huge island with 5 bar stools. The kitchen is open to a large dining room table that seats up to 12 with see-through fireplace to the living room filled with comfortable leather couches and baby grand piano.

The lower level has an additional 1000 sq ft family room, with 52" flat screen TV, pool table and ping pong table. Plus a deluxe office with built in cabinets.

A large patio off of the kitchen/dining areas wraps around the entire front of the house, with picnic table, BBQ and beautiful views of snow capped Mt Sopris, which soars to 13,000 ft.

Radiant heat throughout the home, 2 car heated garage and horse pasture/hay shed also available.
