One of the standout features of our property is the 37 acres of private, community open space, perfect for hiking and immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the area. You can also spend a peaceful afternoon at our catch-and-release pond, stocked with fish for your enjoyment. The stunning views surrounding the property offer a serene and picturesque backdrop, making every moment of your stay special.

A Note on Mountain Wildlife:

Our property is nestled in a beautiful natural environment. While we take meticulous steps to clean and maintain the house and employ professional pest control, it is a reality of mountain living that insects and small field rodents can occasionally find their way inside, particularly during seasonal changes. Great stay. Plenty of parking. Great deck and hot tub. Everything was clean. Kitchen was a little on the small side if you had a larger group but was fairly well equipped.

We LOVED the hot tub and the kitchen was so well stocked. The bunk room was amazing for the kids and they also loved all the games.The property was quiet and so beautiful. We had a great stay!

We had a great time! The Barn was as advertised and we would consider going back. My son lives in Glenwood Springs and The Barn was close to his apartment and 45 min to the ski resorts. Hot tub worked great!

This was a wonderful house for our family of 6..comfortable accommodations in a peaceful, semi remote location which was only 30 mins from the slopes. Would definitely stay here again.

The Barn was awesome! We enjoyed the game room, spacious rooms, kitchen and the hot tub. So many stars to see from the deck at night. Great experience. Would recommend to families especially with kids. Will be looking to stay here again in the future. Neighborhood is also very quiet.

Perfect Spot for Family Bonding!

We had the best weekend at this charming rental! It’s conveniently located close to town, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The place was super clean, and all the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep for everyone. The kids especially loved the game room—it was a hit! We can’t wait to return again soon!

Ski Vacation

We had a great time - Aspen 1 hr drive, Vail 1 hr drive, and Ski Sunlight 30 mins away, so convenient to all. Nice skiing while we were here. The unit setup was fantastic for viewing the Super Bowl (or not viewing as desired). Hot tub was relaxing, and the facility was wonderful. We'd use it again!

This was the perfect stay for my bachelor party trip. Very close distance from other activities and attractions in Glenwood Springs. This house has plenty of space for big group of friends/family. The hot tub and deck area was the best part! Host was nice and quick to reply.
