Haute vie à la PIO! Ce condo STUDIO de propriété privée est merveilleusement décoré et impeccablement entretenu. Il y a un lit king size, un coin salon avec canapé et un coin repas dans la pièce principale avec un coin cuisine attenant et une salle de bain complète. Un grand four grille-pain, un grille-pain ordinaire, un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, une cafetière filtre à café et un plan de cuisson à induction à comptoir à un œil sont fournis dans cette cuisine petite mais utile. La cuisinière nécessite des casseroles à fond d'acier pour son fonctionnement et une marmite à soupe de 2 pintes est fournie. Assiettes, bols, couverts, tasses à café ... également fournis. Il n'y a pas de combinaison four / cuisinière, mais il y a de petits appareils pour répondre aux besoins de la préparation de repas simples dans votre condo.

La salle de bain a été mise à jour pour inclure le carrelage et le verre et dispose de beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

Vous pouvez constater que cette retraite est très appréciée par de nombreuses personnes de tout le pays alors que vous lisez les décalcomanies de différentes destinations sur le mur de l'entrée créative. (Veuillez apporter un décalque de votre ville natale pour l'ajouter!) Même si ce condo est situé à l'arrière du complexe de condominiums Ocean Inn, vous pouvez toujours entendre les vagues sur la plage la nuit. Parking gratuit sur place. Laverie à pièces, deux zones de grillades et une petite piscine privée à l'usage des clients de notre complexe. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et de certains des meilleurs restaurants de l'île. Proche du connecteur Isle of Palms, il s'agit donc d'un voyage rapide à Mt Pleasant ou à 25 minutes du centre-ville de Charleston.

The location was perfect for traveling to different areas. Easy access for trip to Charleston. The area offers everything you need. You never have to leave if you don't want too, food, entertainment and ocean all right at your door step. Parking was great, room was beyond clean and stocked. Charming place. Would stay again. Host called day of stay and was as sweet as could be. Thank you :-)

Loved the High Life

My bff and I loved a long weekend here. Everything was perfect! She slept on the pull-out and said the mattress was thin & uncomfortable…might want to bring something to put on top of the mattress. The little kitchen was wonderful and easy to cook in. Great location near everything

Cozy pet friendly room

Great property in close proximity to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to shops and public beach access. The property is super clean and everyone is extremely nice. The room was very cozy for 2 adults and our 2 dogs with nice added touches including a special treat for our pups. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again

Absolutely Stay Here!!

Ocean Inn is in the absolute perfect location for not being on the beach. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the public access beach, restaurants, ice cream, and suvenir shops. For restaurants that are not beach-front, the unit is literally across the street (Acme, Sea Biscuit, and Cafe Paname). The unit was perfectly clean upon our arrival and parking was easy. We would absolutely, 100% stay here again, and we recommend you stay here, too.

A very cozy place to stay for weekend trip with your family & pup. Property manager was super kind and had great communication. Would recommend this place to friends and family looking for a great location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants.This location is the perfect walking distance to basically anything you would want to do or need at the beach. We met so many friendly travelers also staying at this location. Definitely will be going back in the future !

Clean and convenient

The room worked perfectly for us. Very clean. Very short walk to two restaurants. Easy walk to beach which was crowded since it was the start of school vacation week in the area. But easy walk to less crowded area. Easy access to bridge off the island and trip to Charleston/Mt. Pleasant areas. I would consider staying here again. Provided beach chairs and an umbrella; needed both! Provided coffee but no creamer. Grocery store nearby so my husband ran out to get me milk in the morning. Great contact from host.

Nice getaway

I booked this quickly and did little research, as such, I was a little nervous. There was an event on the island that occurred before our stay. I couldn’t have felt more safe and had an amazing getaway. I have a wife and two daughters (5 & 9) who didn’t mind the quick walk to the beach. The municipal complex across the road (safety). A little coffee shop behind the complex (delicious coffee and croissants). The place is in a great location and everyone was laid back. If you need anything, the property manager was very responsive and absolutely wonderful for our stay. The place is great, but should anything go wrong - they’re phenomenal! Wonderful getaway trip! We’ll be back!

Perfect place to stay

This condo exceeded all our expectations!!!! The place was beautiful and clean and up to date. Having beach chairs come with the place was amazing and the very short walk to the beach was incredible! The ocean inn is right beside where municipal parking is for the beach so you are as close to the beach is for everyone driving into the beach. The beach itself was beautiful, clean, serene, filled with families with small kids or people with dogs - it was amazing! The condo itself was decorated so nice! It was just my daughter and me but my son could have easily stayed too on the pull out couch. The bed is huge and so comfortable and the bath and kitchenette are so nice! This place is really close to a Harris teeter too which was perfect for getting groceries the first night. Everyone else staying in the ocean inn was quiet and kind. I couldn’t have been happier!!! Highly highly recommend this beautiful condo and we’ll definitely be back. Beth was super helpful when I called about check in but she’d already sent wonderful instructions via email. You’ll love it !!

Quaint and clean

Wonderful condo, perfect location close to shopping, restaurants, and most importantly the BEACH. Barely used the car . I can't wait to stay at Ocean Inn again.

High Life on IOP is a great choice for guests who want to be close to the energy of the island while still having a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and live music without needing to drive everywhere.

The studio layout is more versatile than many guests expect. The king bed and sleeper sofa make it comfortable for couples, friends traveling together, or a parent visiting with a teen or younger child.

The destination sticker wall has also become a fun tradition in the condo. Guests from all over have left decals from their hometowns, slowly turning the wall into a colorful collection of memories.

During the quieter months, this studio can also be a great option for guests looking to spend a longer winter stay on the island when the beaches are peaceful and the pace of life slows down
