Beachy Isle of Palms Studio Condo only 1 Block From BEACH. King Bed!!
This spacious STUDIO CONDO is located on the second floor up where the beach breeze is fresh and clear. It comfortably accommodates 3 with a king sleigh bed featuring a premium Beaufain mattress and a twin sofa bed.
There is a work/eating space with TMobile WiFi and a beautiful renovated full bath. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator and all you might need for simple meal prep- microwave, portable induction cook top*(no actual stove/oven), toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, pizza cooker, utensils and all essential dishes, glassware, cups and flatware. *Appropriate steel-bottomed saute pan and soup pot are provided.
When you walk into this colorful condo it feels bright and beachy with two large windows and a skylight allowing lots of natural light to brighten the space. Black out shades have been installed for privacy and so that outdoor lighting wonât be a bother at night.
Outside on the deck are 2 cypress captain's chairs and a table, great for reading or just relaxing. Concerned about missing the big game or what to do if itâs raining? Donât worry, a 48 inch LG Smart TV is available for your viewing pleasure.
This condo offers free onsite parking, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a private pool (non-heated) for guests to use. Also on site are two grilling locations with picnic seating and a small coin laundry.
The BEACH is a block away. Please feel free to use the beach chairs (2 high seats, 2 low seats) and beach umbrella. (SAVE $$ on rental fees) A cart and drink cooler are available to use as you enjoy the sun, sand and sea. For fun on the beach there are 3 boogie boards, sand toys and other beach games such as Bocce stored in the closet. Please spray off all beach items and allow to dry on the deck and then return to the closet. Three beach towels are provided for use during your stay. All you need to provide is the sunscreen!
The Ocean Inn is a couple minutes walking distance to a variety of great restaurants, a Spa, beachfront shopping, scooter/bike rentals and Shaka Shack soft soft serve ice cream. Many guests love Café Paname which is adjacent to our building. A 7-11 quick-mart is right around the corner and both the Post Office and a Harris Teeter are a few blocks away.
Isle of Palms County Park is beachfront on the north side of the pier and offers a playground and a sand volleyball court.
Historic Charleston is a 20 minute drive away where there is so much to do. A few ideas are- shopping at The Market, taking a carriage ride, visiting The Battery and Rainbow Row or taking one of the many guided tours. Patriot's Point, Fort Sumter and Boone Hall offer great historical adventures.
Isle of Palms is a quiet and safe beach community but safety still counts and this condo has it! The door codes are changed with each guest. There are 2 smoke detectors, one is also a CO2 detector and this complex is located across the street from the police/ fire station.
A note from the owners: Itâs been exciting to renovate this unit and we hope it adds to your enjoyment. Our family loves staying here and we hope you will too.
*This is a 2nd floor unit; there are no elevators on this property. There are 18 steps with a landing about halfway up.
Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel, hand towel and wash cloth per guest as well as three beach towels.
