Nouveau canapé-lit Klaussner avec matelas en gel à partir de mai 2017. Nouveau CVC (agréable et silencieux!) depuis janvier 2017. Cuisine entiÚrement rénovée en 2016! Tous les nouveaux placards, comptoirs en granit, évier sous-plan en acier inoxydable, cuisiniÚre, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Matelas neuf dans la chambre. Salle de bain entiÚrement mise à jour.

Venez visiter notre confortable condotel meublé avec goût en bord de mer!

Situé dans le quartier de Front Beach (Downtown) de Isle of Palms, à 1/2 pùté de maisons de la plage et en plein milieu de tout le plaisir. Marchez jusqu'à tous les restaurants et bars de Front Beach, y compris le Barefoot Bistro, Banana Cabana et le célÚbre Windjammer. Notre unité a un «pic océanique» avec une tranche de vue sur la plage / l'océan à travers deux condos en bord de mer. Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine en copropriété et d'un grand parking gratuit sur place.

Notre unité peut accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes avec un lit queen-size dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Le salon est équipé d'un nouveau canapé-lit Klaussner (mars 2017) doté d'un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme super moelleux ainsi que de deux chaises pivotantes en microfibre. L'unité a tous les nouveaux planchers, y compris une chambre nouvellement tapissée (2016).

En prime, cette unité a un petit pont avant, parfait pour profiter d'une margarita.

Isle of Palms offre la meilleure plage de la région de Charleston - idéale pour la baignade, le surf ou les longues promenades sur la plage. Si le canotage est votre truc, rendez-vous à la marina de l'ßle de Palms pour lancer votre bateau ou en louer un. Vous cherchez à faire quelques parties de golf?

Les parcours trÚs appréciés Wild Dunes Ocean and Harbor sont situés à l'extrémité nord de l'ßle - à 3 minutes en voiture.

Charleston historique et l'ßle de Sullivan sont tous deux à une courte distance en voiture et offrent des forts historiques, des musées, des restaurants fantastiques et des magasins, des magasins, des magasins!

Loved our stay!

Perfect little condo for my husband and I for our week on the Isle. Location was great, easy to walk to restaurants and just 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was nice for a dip after being in the hot sun all day. Having beach chairs provided was a very nice amenity.

Fit our needs perfectly!

Great location

We loved the location as it was convenient to the beach and restaurants. A great coffee shop right behind the building. The property had everything we needed. I have only one con and that was it could use some updating inside.

The Condo that we rented was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Was also very quiet. The location was perfect. Well within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and beach. I highly recommend this place and will hopefully be returning next year!

Coastal Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The owner provided a list of all types of restaurants and activities which helped us decide where to eat. Sea Biscuit was amazing for breakfast and less than a block away. We highly recommend this condo. Super clean, well stocked and comfortable for two people!! We would definitely stay there again.

This was our second year in a row staying here. It’s very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are very responsive to any questions. The condo is close to the beach, with very easy access to it. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Great Property- Awesome Property manager

Booked the condo for my husband and 13 year old son for a baseball tournament they had at “The Shipyard” It was a great location- close distance (20ish mins) to the fields and close to all the local fun! Perfect for them and they enjoyed their stay. Property manager was helpful and kind! Highly recommend!

This condo on Isle of Palms is perfect for anyone visiting the Isle of Palms and the Charleston area as a whole. We bought the property and since we have owned it the entire condo has been redone. Most recently the kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets, all new appliances, and granite countertops. The bathroom was totally gutted and redone. The tub is all ceramic tile to the ceiling and the floors are ceramic tile too. The bedroom has all new furniture and new flooring. The entire condo is ceramic tile throughout and all new fixtures. If you are coming on vacation this is the perfect spot. In the condo complex it's in "Ocean Inn" - some folks say ours is the nicest unit in both buildings. Come stay with us you will love it!!

Talk about Island benefits. From this condo you can not only walk to the beach 1/2 block, multiple restaurants and shops but the Isle of Palms Marina is 2 miles away. From the Marina you can have lunch, rent a boat, jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, or go on a parasailing or fishing adventure. On top of that the condo is a 20 minute ride to Downtown Charleston ranked the #1 City in the country and the world in many years running. Huge bonus for anyone coming to visit. There are over 2000 Antebellum homes downtown Charleston, too many restaurants to count, historic carriage tours, walking tours, ghost tours, minor league baseball "Riverdogs" co-owned by Bill Murray, Waterfront park all along Charleston Harbor. Be sure to come for enough time to get a great taste of the Charleston area. Can't wait to have you stay.
