- The home fits up to 10 adults comfortably (across 5 beds), plus 1 queen foldable mattress. There is also a large couch that could fit 1 additional person.

- Health, safety and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we thoroughly and extensively clean and sanitize before each stay.

- PLEASE respect the neighboring families as they have young children. If you're looking for a place to party, book elsewhere. Neighbors will call the authorities and shut the party down, along with our business and we will be sad. :(
