Authentic pioneer 2 bedroom ranch farmhouse in beautiful Teton Valley Idaho.

Enjoy an authentic Pioneer farmhouse. It was built in 1918, along with the barn to go with it. The house has been recently renovated in 2019. The house and ranch is over a hundred years old and currently serves as a working horse ranch. You may even glimpse our new foal expected this spring among the open fields that surround the house.

A very quaint and cozy place to come back to after a long day at the park. We loved watching the bunnies run around the yard! The house is 5 minutes from Main Street Victor which made it very convenient!

The farm house was decorated perfect to the location and comfortable. Every item that we needed was available with a bonus of fresh chicken eggs!I’m not sure how to compare pricing since we are from the Midwest where cost of living is less. The host communication was excellent.

Lovely home away from home.

We had a comfortable and relaxing visit to Victor, Idaho and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped farm house. The views were lovely especially the baby horses, wild bunnies, and great Mountain Views. Our host was very responsive and kept us informed about local happenings and the workings of the house. We would definitely stay here again, the location was perfect!

An Authentic Idaho Farmhouse Experience!From our very first communication with Clint, even before booking, we knew we were in for a wonderful experience. His communication was exceptional throughout our stay, and his kindness and genuine hospitality went far beyond our expectations.The farmhouse is everything we had hoped for—authentic, welcoming, and filled with country charm. Coming from a rural area ourselves, we immediately felt at home. The setting is breathtaking, with endless mountain views, abundant wildlife, and a peacefulness that allows you to truly appreciate Idaho’s beauty. The nearby village is equally charming, with friendly townspeople who made exploring a pleasure.What truly set this experience apart was Clint’s generosity. He graciously welcomed us into his horse pastures, shared fresh eggs from the chicken coop, and introduced us to the adorable Mr. Nibbles, the resident bunny! These thoughtful touches made our stay feel less like a vacation rental and more like being welcomed into someone’s home and way of life.When a mechanical issue arose, Clint addressed it quickly and efficiently.Some places provide a wonderful stay. Others leave you with memories that make you want to return. This farmhouse, and Clint’s exceptional hospitality, gave us both.We are already looking forward to returning next year for a week or two!Thank you, Clint, for sharing your beautiful farmhouse and a little piece of authentic Idaho country life with us!

We loved staying at Clint's place. The house was clean, well stocked, and full of charming touches. My kids loved getting to visit the horses next door and the rabbit, Mr Nibbles, and gather a few eggs for breakfast. The hot tub was also great. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
