Cette villa est située dans un superbe complexe hôtelier au cœur de Scottsdale, dans Paradise Valley. Paradise Valley est le code postal le plus exclusif de Scottsdale & Phoenix Valley et abrite des célébrités telles que Michael Phelps qui ne vivent qu'à environ 1,5 km de notre villa.
Paradis de vacances au cœur du McCormick Ranch Golf Resort, idéal pour les golfeurs, les sorties d'entreprise, les grandes réunions de famille et les groupes situés à côté du village de Gainey, à pied de plusieurs restaurants, bars et boutiques, juste entre la vieille ville et Kierland Commons.
Superbe golf privé avec 12 chambres et vue sur le lac Villa de villégiature d'environ 3500 pieds carrés, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 18 personnes. 8 chambres à coucher, 5 salles de bains, cuisine équipée, 4 cuisinettes-bars, télévision à écran plasma avec chaînes câblées dans chaque chambre, 2 balcons donnant sur le golf et le lac, 2 patios: un surplombant le golf et le lac un autre patio à l'avant avec un bain à remous et pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.
Notre villa de golf est très bien aménagée et bénéficie du meilleur emplacement, à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants, bars et boutiques. La villa n'appartient pas à un pool de location mais est directement louée à nous, propriétaires / gérants, et vous bénéficiez donc du taux le plus bas absolu et d'un intérieur modernisé.
Il y a un jacuzzi privé juste pour vous sur le patio arrière. Il y a aussi une piscine communautaire chauffée juste à côté, à 100 m��tres environ, où vous pourrez déjeuner au bar de la piscine et au restaurant Lake & Golf-Resort.
Vous pouvez également vous rendre à McCormick Ranch en 10 minutes à pied du centre de remise en forme LA Fitness et utiliser les installations du club de bien-être et la piscine pour seulement 10 $ par jour. Il existe également l’un des meilleurs centres de bien-être en Arizona au club de santé Gainey Village avec une piscine de taille olympique junior et une salle de sport de premier ordre.
Juste à côté, vous trouverez de très bons restaurants au bord du lac, tels que Pinon Grill et Chart House. Worked out well for us.

Nicely decorated. Fresh flowers and champagne greeted us as we entered. Property was very clean. We felt very secure and safe. A few TV's had remote batteries missing, and some of the electrical outlets didn't work. Overall we liked the location, it was quiet, and the villa worked well for us.

Golf Vacation

The accuracy of the property was exactly as expected. Theresa was excellent to communicate with. We were a group of 12 down in Phoenix on a golf trip. The villa had ample space so that people didn't feel crowded. It should be noted that two of the listed bedrooms was really one room with a partial glass partition. Everyone found their assigned rooms very comfortable and clean. The only issue we experienced was that the ice maker in the refrigerator was not working. This villa would be excellent for large family reunion.

In looking for an 8 bedroom in Phoenix this property worked well. I was much less expensive than many. The place was cozy for our group but we made it work. Everything was clean and in good order and the property rep was very friendly and informative. The location was great with the hotel right next door and many restaurants and stores close by. This would be a perfect property for families and golf buddies looking for a nice place to stay at a reasonable price who will be out exploring the Phoenix area.

The unit had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with the basic supplies, location was great, and there were extras that we didn't expect such as poker chips for the evening we played poker. We had a little problem with the heat but Theresa came over at 11PM and took care of it. We would stay here again.

Just what we needed!

We had 10 adults and 14 children--our 4 children and their families. Each family had their own sleeping arrangements, bathroom, and fridge. It was perfect for what we needed! We really didn't have a gathering area, but we only needed that space for a short time. Most of our time was spent away from the home. A gathering area is all we lacked. Everything else--sleeping areas, etc. was plenty of space for that many people. We had a couple issues, and Theresa was very available, and helped us through the problems. quickly. We would CERTAINLY recommend this place to others!
