Joy’s Place is a recently renovated cottage featuring all the modern comforts and amenities while preserving its unique charm. After spending time unwinding on the front porch, step into the comfy living room and relax while watching the 50” 4K Roku TV, reading a book, or playing a game. The fully stocked kitchen is a dream for any home chef, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals—from modern appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, griddle, toaster, and blender) to essential cookware and utensils. Coffee lovers, you have found the right place! Whether you prefer drip coffee or single serve Keurig we have you covered (sample of K-Cups included with each stay including regular and decaf coffee as well as hot chocolate). A propane grill is also available on the back patio. The dining area features a table with six chairs and a bar with room for two. In the laundry room, wash and dry your clothes after a long day at work or iron your clothes before an evening enjoying all the area has to offer. Enjoy a comfortable night’s rest in one of the three cozy bedrooms - each featuring memory foam mattresses and 40” Roku TVs. The primary bedroom includes a private full bath with tub/shower, excellent lighting, and hair dryer. The second full bath is adjacent to the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms and includes a shower and hairdryer. Each bedroom includes storage for clothes and two of the bedrooms include a closet with hangers. Larger groups can take advantage of the queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Streaming the big game or traveling for work? We have you covered with 300Mbps+ fiber internet. Joy’s Place is positioned on 1 acre of land with plenty of privacy and enough yard for a game of backyard football or yoga!
