Welcome to your ultimate Hernando Beach getaway! This spacious 5BR waterfront home is packed with activities for all ages. Heated pool (seasonal), kayaks, arcade games, an air hockey table, a basketball game machine, two pool tables, wildlife watching, and ample boat access. Perfect for families, groups, and remote workers, with three dedicated workstations, a fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful canal views from the balcony.

Make memories, unwind, explore and enjoy everything this coastal playground has to offer.

BOATING

The driveway accommodates up to 6 cars or trailers, plus space for 3 watercrafts.
The property includes 2 boat lifts and 1 dock (please avoid creating wakes in the canal).


KAYAKS

Enjoy 3 kayaks with life vests (4 adults, 2 children):

✓ 1 kayaks are solo

Perfect for exploring the calm canal and spotting wildlife.

OUTDOOR FIREPLACE & BBQ

Relax downstairs with a fireplace and seating area, plus a propane BBQ grill for family cookouts.

HEATED POOL (Oct 1 – Apr 30)

The pool is heated during the cooler months for up to 8 hours/day, reaching approximately 75°F (the pool is set up at 80°F). Increasing heating temperature and duration available at costs.

Important note:

The pool shelf is an extension of the pool, not a hot tub;

Water temperature varies with outdoor weather; heaters do not operate below 60°F.

Natural debris may enter the outdoor pool; weekly cleanings are scheduled rather than after each stay.

The pool includes a shallow shelf and an extended area for lounging.

Perfect home base for our annual family scalloping trip. Lots of room to play, relax and soak in the beautiful views. It is well-appointed and has easy access to fishing and scalloping in the Gulf!

Party House not a Vacation Home

Nothing really good to say about the house experience so I will leave it at that. We did have fun outside the home eating and hanging out with the locals.

Great house in a great spot

Terrific property exactly as represented, the host was communicative and proactive. The house was clean, everything worked as it should, and I suspect much larger than the square footage indicated in the listing. The rooms were huge, and there were a lot of them. When I booked the property, it was a fresh listing without any reviews. Between our booking and our stay, it received one negative review. During our week at the house, I could not imagine what that previous guest was complaining about. It is really a great house that you can book with confidence.

The check in process was easy and the property manager even had our groceries put in the fridge for us when weather delayed our arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and the laundry is conveniently located off the kitchen. Wifi was great and the TVs were incredible for movie night! The property is in an excellent location that is quiet and peaceful but close enough to all of the fun. The pool and all the amenities were wonderful. We caught plenty of fish, had a daily visit from a blue heron, and even saw blue crabs and dolphins, just sitting on the porch. I do warn that the spiral stair case is not easily navigated by older/younger people so be cautious if you have special needs with stairs. On the way home, I realized that I left my engagement ring and wedding set behind. As soon as I contacted the property, they had the cleaners check and found them both! Thank you for the great stay and sending the rings for me.
