The home has 61 feet of waterfront with a floating dock to park your boat. Guests will have access to 4 kayaks and a paddleboard. (Please note there is no fence/railing along the seawall or along the dock.)

There is a hair dryer, iron, and lots of pool towels to take out on the boat.

The property is pet friendly with no tile inside the home. There is a 2 pet maximum and we kindly ask that you keep animals off the furniture or use the pet blankets provided at the property for animals. At this time the back yard is not fenced in.

There is a washer and dryer for the guests use in the garage.

Property has a pack and play for infants.

Property has games for board games for kids, jenga, and video games.
