Great place to stay. All the bedrooms are comfortable with good beds. Good sized kitchen. Neighborhood is nice with plenty of street parking. We stayed here with family for a wedding. The location was convenient for us. Host was very responsive.

This property was PERFECT for our leadership retreat/shut in for my church. The amenities were up to date, the space was awesome! We weren't on tope of each other!

Had an issue when we arrived, owner was out of town and had a delay in getting it corrected. No problem with that issue once he replied.However, he mentioned there was a large group before we stayed and the place was not properly cleaned due to time constraints.Loved the location and the place was beautiful.

there were A LOT of stains on the furniture/rugs/bedding. towels were left in the dryer. there was an extra 50 checkin early fee just for an an hour and a half.

Weekend in the city

Neighborhood appeared a little sketchy, but we did not have any problems. House was really nice and the beds were comfortable. Very clean. Owner was quick to reply with any questions. Would definitely recommend or stay again!

Spacious

Beautiful home. Well designed. Close to everything. The hot tub was clean and warm for us. The only thing that was wrong was that the air conditioning didn't reach the 3rd floor and the garbage outside wasn't taken out. Overall, if I ever visit Cincinnati again, I will choose this home.

Nice place

This place was very nice inside. Outside and surrounding area was a little sketchy. Had no problems tho. Park in the street but didn’t have trouble finding a spotThe downside was the 2 bedroom upstairs couldn’t be used because the air did work well upstairs and was extremely hotWe made it work tho

Overall the property was beautiful. Plenty of nice size bedrooms. However, not all bedrooms had a tv. There were dips in the dining room floorboards and in the second floor shower floor.The house had an odor and one of the 2nd floor bedrooms with the king size bed had a strong odor of pee.Wet towels were left in the dryer.Whoever cleans the home should do a better job with the scent of the home and trash removal outside.The neighbors across the street were loud at times.Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

Location Matters

Located near Xavier University, which was important to attend a graduation. The house was not far from other Cincinnati venues which worked very well for us. Neighborhood was a well-established location and the neighbor was friendly. We would definitely recommend the house and would stay there again. I recommend a larger grill, as it did fall short and decided not to BBQ, We could not get the dishwasher to operate. Otherwise, thanks for the memories.

Booked house for family and Thanksgiving dinner host was communicative and even said we could extend our stay but once I told him there was no tissue in the entire house, there was no big bin for the garbage bags there was no essentials we had to buy everything . The upstairs and the 3rd floor was freezing my children slept in their coats even with blankets he forgot to have cleaners take out the ac units so the windows were permanently open overall the house is as listed no numbers so family had trouble finding it and there’s zero parking just street parking the cleaners did not do a thorough cleaning as the bed spread on the third floor had blood on them

The house is very clean and comfortable. The back yard was great for our book club meeting! The beds were comfortable. The location is great, not too far from downtown. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!
