The home was beautiful! Very walkable. We took Ubers when needed. Had a wonderful time and look forward to our next trip to Charleston! Highly recommend this location!

This apartment was beautiful! It was sparkling clean and hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend this property. It is exactly as the pictures show. Also walking distance from everything!

The perfect family vacation!

My family was coming to Charleston for 3 nights to visit my niece who was living/working there her first summer in college. We chose a VRBO so our family could all be together and enjoy time together. This exceeded our expectations!! The house was in the perfect location, it was decorated so beautifully , the home was stocked with more than we could’ve ever hoped for- wine, coffee, washer dryer, sound machines, phone chargers, iron, shampoo etc.. it was just over the top!!! I’ve forwarded this link to numerous friends; as it’s a must stay in the Charleston area with a group!! Thank you thank you!!!!

The Saint's Suite Exceeded All Expectations

I cannot express how incredibly pleased we were with this property. The location was so convenient. So close to King Street as well as restaurants, cafes, etc. Out of all of the properties we researched this property definitely seems to be the location winner. Now on to the property itself, sometimes the pictures online do not measure up to the in person reality--not in this case. The property looked as beautiful in person as it did online--maybe even better! The unit had absolutely everything you might need. I pre-ordered an instacart delivery for items for when we arrived that included things that I'm used to having to buy when staying at a VRBO such as: toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, dish soap, etc.--the thoughtful owners of this property have already thought of all of your needs and more. They left eye masks in each room. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The updated bathrooms, kitchens, etc. were all so well done. We were so comfortable during our stay, we had the best time and didn't want to leave. If I return to Charleston, I will absolutely book this property again. The hosts were so accommodating and communicative. Don't think twice, book this property and ENJOY!!

The house was cute, clean, and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The only drawback is the designated parking space is a couple of blocks away. If you’re going to Uber or walk a lot, then it wouldn’t be a big deal.Lastly, the location is great, with coffee shops very close, and some fabulous food on King St. via an easy walk.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the neighborhood and street the house is located on (St Philip St). It's 1 block away from King Street and next to the BEST coffee shops, restaurants and shopping, but remaining on a quieter street. St. Philip Street is not a high traffic street so you can enjoy tranquility while also being close to the action.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We (husband & wife) manage the property so we're very on top of it. We personally make sure the house is cleaned to perfection and stocked well. We're responsive to requests - example: early check-in, late-checkout and any requests made during your stay. Many of the rental homes in the area are managed by 3rd party management companies that aren't as attentive, responsive or detailed in their offering. (No shade to the management companies though haha!)
