La cabine d'invité (située à côté de El Salto Log Home) et la cabine privée (nichée par elle-même au bas d'une allée protégée par un arbre) offrent une séparation efficace pour les grands groupes qui souhaitent rester "ensemble" avec un sentiment d'intimité et de convivialité à la fois.

This was great for our group of 15! The rooms and beds were comfortable. Everyone had space to spread out. The main house was great for cooking and relaxing as a group. The kitchens had everything you need in terms of appliances and cooking utensils. Location was close to the skiing and town for fishing/ shopping/ eating out. The house was very clean which we really appreciated and the grounds were beautiful (amazing views from the hot tub).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the place if you have a large group of older adults it gives everyone space and privacy. It was easy to get to from the airports and about 24 mins from the ski resort. We loved having the fire places. The caretaker was responsive to our questions regarding the trash compactor to ensure everything with smoothly. The only issue to note was that after we left and locked up the hot tub it started to empty itself so I would recommend taking a photo prior to departure and if you have some larger folks in the group keep the hot tube to a minimum or it will siphon itself.

Denise was helpful and welcoming. The compound was perfect for our group of friends and family. All of the buildings were very clean and in great condition, pantry basics are stocked and nice small appliances too! We enjoyed the stay very much.

This place really needs to be upgraded. Faucets are loose, one of the bathrooms was unusable and was locked off in the guest house so the usable bath has a tiny sink and shower. The CO2 alarm went off at 11:30 pm in the cabin - 5 short beeps and then pause- which internet says evacuate. Two of us had to go to main house and sleep on couch. Caregiver says was fine the next day, just battery but we were then concerned about our safety. Refrigerator in the main house went out and we lost some food. Learned it has to be reset sometimes. Dishwasher needs to be reset intermittently too Stovetop is very difficult to figure out , but it works.. sort of - if you don't need to boil water. Beautiful location and place

This property was perfect for a multi-generation family gathering. All the houses were super clean and comfortable. The main house is a beautiful log home with a wonderful view. We highly recommend this property.

We loved El Salto Compound. It had plenty of space for our group, we loved the architecture, the views and the fairly close proximity to Taos Ski Valley. Denise, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had questions. We had a great stay!

My large group was comfortable in this home- plenty of beds and space to relax. The view from the balcony simply cannot be beat and the 3 acres provided a beautiful and safe place to explore. This location is a must stay!

Taos birthday gathering.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This compound was the perfect place to gather my family and friends for a celebration of my 70th birthday. It was large enough to accommodate all of us, we were at capacity, and still allowed us privacy and comfort. Having three separate dwellings really helped. My niece and her young family were able to care better for their children, everyone had a good bed, and there were three full kitchens to accommodate our love for cooking and gathering for shared meals, and plenty of bathrooms. The large hot tub was a real gift as several guests are hikers and enjoyed the relax after hiking. The rest of us found time in the hot tub too! The trees surrounding the compound gave us privacy and beauty, the sunsets from the deck were breathtaking. We had easy access to all that Taos and the surrounding area had to offer. In other words, it was perfect for us and I think it would be for others that want to gather many loved ones together!I will say just twoother things. Our host Denise was terrific when called upon to answer questions and solve problems. And I do hope that Premier Properties will consider replacing the kitchen appliances in the big house. We found all of them to be challenging.

The house was amazing, we loved working on the puzzles, sitting out on the terrace and having our dinners at the big dining room table. Beds were comfy and kitchen is well stocked. And the proximity to Taos, Taos Ski Valley, and the cute town of Arroyo Seco can't be beat. I would love to come back!

We had a family reunion of 11 and also rented Wendy's Caja de Tesoro which is right next door. Very good experience.
