Our family reunion was thoroughly enjoyed in your home. The view is beautiful and we loved being lakeside. The house is spacious and had room for all of us to enjoy meals together at the table.

We visited this property for our annual summer vacation with our college friends (5 adults, 4 teens in total). The house was very clean and offered excellent amenities. The lift to the dock was wonderful and the waters offered fun recreational fishing.

Peaceful with beautiful views! Staying over 4th of July was an added bonus with fireworks around the lake. Property was well appointed with everything we needed. Our family of grandparents, children and grandchildren made wonderful memories and had so much fun.

Beautiful setting with a great lake view and access. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the dock decks and yard were perfect. The host and local manager provided great information and took good care of us. We had a local boat rental company actually drop off a pontoon boat at the dock at no additional cost. SO CONVENIENT! Very close to beautiful hikes with waterfalls and top notch wineries. The kitchen was well stocked for the nights we didn't go out to eat A

We had an amazing weekend at Dash of Lake life! Our group of 10 were there to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Cornell. It was a 40 minute drive to campus. Worth the time to have space to relax after the ceremonies. Everything was clean, comfortable, well stocked and super cute friendly touches!! We highly recommend this property!

Myself and 6 other friends had a great stay here! We loved the view from the deck and how spacious and clean the house was. We also enjoyed how close it was to so many wineries. We would definitely return!

Great location for local hikes, wineries, and fun on the lake. Very nice house and loved the lake.

Finger Lakes Fun

Everything you need for a Fun yet relaxing vacation. Swimming and fishing on the lake, 30 mins from Ithaca with great hiking, waterfalls and gorges.

Wonderful property. Incredible deck view of the lake from the top of a bluff. Great amenities and one of the most well-stocked homes I have stayed in. Minutes from one of the best vineyards we visited in the finger lakes. 30-40 minute access in all directions to the towns you want to visit (watkins glen, ithaca, geneva, etc).

Perfect place on the lake

A Dash of Lake Life will not disappoint. It was just the perfect place for or family. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need and more. All of the bedrooms are comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out. We really loved the outdoor space as well. We would highly recommend!

Versatile large space right on the lake. Played pool and kayaked. Visited many great breweries. Had a blast!

Heck yea I'd rent again

Lovely destination for a weekend away. While it was still "off-season" for the finger lakes, it was quiet, peaceful, and a beautiful place to spend the weekend. The house boasts great accommodations and a pool table that we didn't expect! While seemingly isolated, there's a full grocery store just in town, and there's even a pizza place that delivers.

Family Vacation on the Lake

The house was perfect for our family of 11. The house was even better than the write up. Rec room, projector room! Master bathroom that was like a spa. Many outdoor places to relax and enjoy the lake view. Huge deck with outdoor dining and chairs for relaxing.Campfire ring made for many smores and memories. Quiet neighborhood with friendly folks. I would highly recommend this property to families. Typical for Cayuga Lake homes, many steps to get to the shoreline.

Scenic Beauty

Eight of us stayed for a 3-night weekend. The house is large with plenty of open space. Very clean and new. Kitchen is well equipped with every utensil, pots, pans, and dishes. Comfortable furniture and roomy which worked out great for us since it rained for 3 days straight. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Plenty of clean towels.However, we still took a ride down on the "incline" to the lakeside dock one day. That was a convenient and wonderful amenity on the property. The views of the lake are spectacular. Hostess was very accessible and always informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Trip

This is a nice house in a great spot. It seems to be owned by an absentee owner who uses a management company to maintain it. When we arrived there was garbage and a broken chair in the yard at the fire pit and in the boathouse near the dock. I contacted the management company and they replied that they would send someone the next day. When the management rep came, I pointed out the condition of the yard and he said "I see what you mean". He got in his truck and left. I proceeded to pick up the garbage and broken chair and put it under the deck so I wouldn't have to look at it. I left the boathouse as is. In the future when looking at properties on VRBO which I have used many times, I will avoid listings that tack on a property manager fee on top of the fee that VRBO adds as a way to increase their revenue.

Your safety and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Following receipt of your messages regarding the damages shown in the pictures, we promptly dispatched two technicians to the rental. They delivered a brand new coffee maker, an additional paddle, and a propane tank. Additionally, our technicians, Dave and Rob, ensured that all trash was removed from the receptacles before leaving. We take pride in offering a great vacation experience and will continue to make improvements to the property. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future.

Ashley was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to my questions. The lake view was breathtaking and we enjoyed the many outdoor seating arrangements. The tram was definitely a fun way to get to the lake. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.
