Parking Limit: 3 vehicles (including any visitors’ cars)

If you expect short-term guests that may exceed these limits—even just for a meal or afternoon visit—please contact the rental agency in advance for approval. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Violation of either maximum occupancy or car parking limit could result in the forfeiture of some or all of your security deposit.
