The Space:

Tucked into the serene Club Course area of Sea Pines, 45 Oak Court is a beautifully updated one-level home where wooded calm meets easy island living. Whether you're here for the beaches, the golf, or simply the chance to slow down, this three-bedroom retreat gives you a comfortable, well-equipped base to do it all from.

 

Living space

The living room centers on a classic brick fireplace - a warm gathering point after a day out on the trails or the water. LVP flooring, smooth ceilings, and updated window screens give the interior a fresh, polished feel, while the open layout keeps things easy and relaxed. Step outside to the deck and take in peaceful wooded views - ideal for a quiet morning coffee or an evening unwinding under the trees.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, and Bedroom 3 is set up with 2 single beds.

 

Kitchen & dining

The remodeled kitchen is a standout feature - quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a clean coastal feel make it as enjoyable to cook in as it is to look at. It's fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you'll need. A dining table rounds out the space for shared meals together.

 

Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms serve the home, including a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products. Essentials including towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided.

 

Outdoor & extras

The BBQ grill and patio/deck area make outdoor dining and lounging easy. A storage shed in the backyard keeps beach and outdoor gear organized and ready to go. The home also includes a washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, iron, hangers, smart lock self check-in, and air conditioning.

 

Sea Pines & location

Sea Pines is one of Hilton Head Island's most celebrated communities - a gated resort plantation offering natural beaches, championship golf courses, tennis facilities, biking trails, and a range of family and individual activities. The South Beach Marina area is nearby, with dining and shops including The Salty Dog. Please note there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina; some shops remain open. Guests also have resort access to nearby community facilities.

 

Please note

Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.



The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.



Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
