Points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et emplacement.
The property was clean. Communication from the host was great! Hot water in the shower was lacking most days. The listing that we rented was having issues so we were put into another unit and a few days later we met someone that rented the same unit that we were supposed to be in originally and he was also being moved to another location. Was nice to be close to the beach as it was very popular among locals.

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Diana

Image de profil de l’hôte
Hi, we’re Diana and Foaud, your hosts in Cancún!
We come from two cultures—Mexico and Pakistan—and currently live between Cancún and Los Angeles, which gives us a unique, international perspective on hospitality.

Although we officially began hosting short-term rentals about a year ago, our connection to Cancún goes much deeper. Diana lived here over 20 years ago and experienced the city during Hurricane Wilma, a moment that left a lasting impression and created a deep love for this paradise. Ever since then, she dreamed of returning—not just to visit, but to truly share Cancún with others.

Our goal is to offer guests more than just a place to stay near the beach. We want you to experience Cancún beyond the hotel zone—to feel what it’s like to live as a local and enjoy the authentic culture, food, and warmth of the Mexican Caribbean.

We take great pride in providing clean, comfortable spaces and being attentive, responsive hosts. We’re always happy to share local recommendations, hidden gems, and tips to help make your stay relaxing and memorable.

We look forward to welcoming you and helping you experience the true spirit of Cancún.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose this neighborhood not only for its rich history and ecotourism, but for its rare connection to nature and the sea. Just minutes away, you can explore the Mayan ruins of El Meco, a hidden archaeological site that offers a glimpse into the region’s ancient past.

Only a few steps in the other direction, you’ll find a peaceful mangrove forest, home to local wildlife such as birds, monkeys, and in some seasons, you can see some Flamingos, Coatis and iguanas that are often seen wandering through the area—an unforgettable experience that brings you closer to the natural beauty of the Mexican Caribbean.

And on the opposite side, just meters away, is Playa del Niño, a beautiful public beach where locals gather to swim, relax under palapas, and enjoy seaside restaurants.

This unique setting—surrounded by history, nature, and the beach—is what makes our location truly special and perfect for guests seeking more than a typical tourist stay.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is located just meters from Playa del Niño, one of Cancún’s most loved free public beaches, known for its calm waters, local restaurants, and traditional palapas where you can relax with free seating and ocean views. It’s a beach enjoyed by locals and visitors alike, offering a more authentic Caribbean experience away from the crowded hotel zone.

You’ll also be just minutes from the ferry to Isla Mujeres, making day trips to this beautiful island incredibly easy. In addition, the apartment is conveniently close to local shops, shopping malls, and downtown Cancún, giving you the perfect balance between beach life and city access.

This location allows you to enjoy the best of Cancún—relaxing by the sea, exploring local culture, and having everything you need within easy reach.
