Magnifique condo en front de mer, entiÚrement équipé, propre et sûr.

Ce magnifique complexe a une vue sur l'ocĂ©an de tous leurs condos, c'est un complexe privĂ©, donc il y a une barriĂšre de sĂ©curitĂ© Ă  l'entrĂ©e pour ĂȘtre sĂ»r que seuls les propriĂ©taires et les invitĂ©s sont autorisĂ©s Ă  entrer.

Ce condo est prĂšs de tout, Ă  quelques minutes de magasins comme Walmart, Soriana, Comedial Mexicana Chedraui mĂȘme il y a un Costco non loin de lĂ , donc vous avez des vacances bien fournies.

Il dispose d'un beau jardin avec barbecue au charbon de bois oĂč vous pourrez passer une excellente soirĂ©e Ă  faire griller vos propres steaks ou poissons trĂšs prĂšs de la piscine pour les loisirs de toute la famille, de magnifiques couchers de soleil lorsque vous vous dĂ©tendez au bord de la piscine.

La piscine est trÚs grande et agréable, pas aussi bondée que dans un hÎtel, comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos.

Le condo a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et plus encore pour passer des vacances incroyables et abordables.

R: Eh bien, la distance est d'environ 23 km, mais il y a plusieurs services de transport pour vous selon les personnes de votre groupe.

R: Ce n'est pas comme si vous n'aimiez pas Cancun si vous n'avez pas de voiture, mais cela est fortement suggéré et peut vous aider à économiser de l'argent dans les visites, et vous pouvez avoir plus de temps pour profiter des parcs de Cancun avec votre propre moyen de transport.

Beautiful beachfront condo says it all. Nice pool area, clean, comfortable, affordable.

Great location, minutes from puerto juarez ferry to island. Grocery store around the corner, cerviche on street corner amazing. Security at front gates exceptional, would absolutely stay again

Overall stay

The location; the security; noise level; beach front view; balcony privacy; private pool access; customer service; elevator access, we’re all at a 4 star status. The only negative take away, was the beach side restaurant. The restaurant was tasteless; expensive and rude to customers. My advice for new travelers will be, dine with the locals. Eat outside of the resort compound and enjoy.

Perfect family getaway

This property was great. Two large bedrooms and two baths. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of ocean. Huge TV and Tvs in each bedroom. Had a maintenence issue that was handled immediately on a Saturday. Would stay again.

Great view of the Caribbean

A good space and condo. The view is splendid. But there where two bad experiences, the toilet lid was broken and of an stay of six days we did not have hot running water and even in the tropics to take a cold shower is not the best experience.

Great Hospitality and Quick Response

Our family stayed in Cancun for a week in October and we had a great time. The place was very secured and well kept. We had a minor issue with the air conditioners but as soon as we called Ivan he sent someone out to fix it. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful. The pool was awesome and there is a little playground for your little ones. It is about a 10 min car ride to the hotel/tourist area. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks again Ivan!

Nice place to just relax

This property was very neat and clean. The owner was exceptionally prompt on answering any questions I had. You definitely need to rent a car if you want to do anything. The beach is rocky but still beautiful. The only problem is there is hardly anyone that speaks English. This is NOT the owners fault. It was OUR problem assuming people who live in Mexico would speak English. Beautiful condo with an amazing view. The pool was great.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is beautifully decorated and beds and sofa are very comfortable. My kids loved the pool and spent many hours playing in it. It was very clean and not very busy. The staff are very attentive. As we wanted to visit isle of mujeres this was an ideal location to catch the boat as it was just a short walk away(2min). The grounds and communal areas are immaculate. The manager in charge of the property is very quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely stay here again if we were coming to this part of Mexico again.

Good value

Quieter location away from the hotel district, with more privacy. Check in is a bit complicated because of security around property but that is a good thing. The building is known as Amara, and you get a bracelet to wear for easy entry. The place is comfortable and the pool is very nice. I would recommend this place. Just know that the neighborhood around is a little more “authentic” Mexico and is somewhat less polished that the complex itself. Driving to and from downtown or hotel district can be challenging in a rental car.

Every thing we needed for a great stay.

This condo checked all the boxes for us in terms of safety, comfort, and convenience. It was just outside the major tourist trap area of the hotel zone and the congestion of downtown Cancun, but close enough to get to both areas with a short car ride. It was just a five minute walk to the ferry to enjoy the many scenic and recreational amenities available close by. The condo it self is quite adequate, with everything you need to feel safe and comfortable. It is fully furnished with all the basic necessities, and has a great view of the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea right from the balcony. The furnishings are not the quality of a five star hotel, if that's what your looking for, but everything is comfortable and functions well enough to make for a very pleasant retreat after a day of enjoying the attractions of the area or just the local flavor of the neighborhood. Ivan, the host, was very responsive and helpful in addressing a couple of minor issues we encountered. All in all, the this property offered us a great value for our money and we recommend it highly.

The Amara condo is a well-equipped and easily acessible apartment. With only two people staying, we had plenty of space. The rooms are air-conditioned individually and operate very quietly when on. Ceiling fans are an alternative. The place is clean, but renters need to be prepared to bring/buy basic necessities such as sugar and coffee to fill immediate needs. The complex consists of two buildings, overlooking a well-maintained garden, with common birds and iguanas. It is only a short walk to the swimming pool. Its nicest feature is a slowly deepening slope, providing a shallow pool for small children as well as easy access to the main pool for the elderly. To top it off, a friendly pavilion restaurant offers a simple menu for a relaxing meal, overlooking the pool and the garden. All is well-maintained. For those who choose to stay away from the Zona Hotelera, the Amara is an excellent alternative. We chose to rent a car to get around, an excellent solution in our case.

Fabulous apartment north of the hotel zone

The apartment is fabulous. The kitchen is fully equipped with nice appliances. The bedrooms are very spacious and have great storage. There are good towels for the bathroom and for the beach or pool. The patio has a fabulous view of the beautifully landscaped grounds and ocean. The pool is enormous with great shaded places to sit. There are several security guards, all of whom are helpful. The bathrooms are nice, but the hot water took us a day to figure out. The beach is small and lacks soft sand, but Isla Mujeres is easily accessible by ferry after a five minute walk to the dock and has amazing beaches with sunset views (this beach faces east and has sunrise views only). We loved the fact that there were very few tourists from the U.S. and that most of the people here are locals or Spanish speakers from other parts of Mexico. We loved that it was in a quiet area, away from the crowds in Cancun. There is a fabulous restaurant next door called Puerto Santo. It was easy to drive our car to Mercado 28, restaurants in el centro, Xcaret, etc. Ivan was super helpful when we called about the hot water and a lapse in internet service. We would highly recommend this place and eagerly return.

Awesome! Best Bday Ever!

Amara was absolutely fabulous!!!! The room was beautiful & the view far exceeded my expectations! The rooms were comfy & spacious! Everything was clean & well kept! There was 5 of us staying & more than enough room for everyone! The linens were pretty & smelled awesome & both bathrooms were stocked w/ more than enough towels! The mini bar had bottles from previous guests that we used & ended up leaving our left over liquor for the next partiers to partake! The AC worked phenomenally & it was great to come back to a cool room after a long day in the sun! We all enjoyed the cantina down by the pool/ocean! We had dinner there the first night & hookah!!! The staff was great & the chef came to our table & made some excellent suggestions!!! We went back each morning for breakfast! Great michaladas & jugo!!!! Must try!!! What was best of all, & what I've told all my friends was how special I felt opening the fridge that first day to find a big yummy chocolate cake left my Ivan for me!!! I had mentioned this trip was for my bday & he remembered! That was so awesome & it just made the trip 10x better! I will be keeping his info & sharing w/ everyone I know! Thanks do much for making this trip spectacular !!!!!

Wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We went during the Mexican day of the dead 3 day celebration. We loved walking around and seeing their culture and eating food! We had previously read that this is a more authentic area and it is! Not many people spoke English so your phone all or Google translator will be needed. Also BEING PESOS!!! We had US dollars and it was very confusing to calculate how much money in pesos we should get back. Condo was wonderful! Clean and has all you need. We sat on balcony at night and read books. Peaceful and quiet! Host was always quick to respond if we had and questions. Pool is huge and beautiful. There were maybe 10 people at busiest time. Appears to have had an on site restaurant and swim up bar that are no longer in use. We struggled with what to order when we went out because their hamburger and our hamburger were 2 different things. It was always a surprise on what we were really going to get. Wish the weather had been more sunny but hey, we still sat by pool in 80+ degree weather so we couldn’t really complain! There is a restaurant on the beach not far down we ate at twice that was good. We were fortunate to be able to have the experiences we did. We are already looking at dates for another Halloween time visit!! Thanks for everything, Ivan!

Apartment had multiple issues , cleanliness, maintenance and hot showers not possible

Over all disappointed , after a week and without the emotions of our few bad experiences with the condo, I am writing this review, The arrival; we got there a little late and tired hoping to get in and enjoy, Apparently management did not know we were arriving, the security people was mean and unwilling to help, had to call the owner to sort it out apparently the office did not have any information about us coming, then after for the 6 days we were there we had to give long explanations to get in. At our arrival the apartment was clean but saw cockroaches, in the bathroom and more during our stay, we also had the issue to accommodate comfortable all my teenagers, when called the owner and ask for more sheets to set the sofa bed he said not today, use the quilt, will send somebody tomorrow , Wich he did, then during the week the cleaning lady never showed up. The coffee maker was dirty. Some dishes we had to washed also If you are 6 or more in the condo taking a hot shower is a challenge, we all had to take cold showers during our stay , or even with the 2 bathrooms only one can enjoy less than 3 minutes hot water and then wait 10 minutes for the next 3 minutes of hot water, after multiple complaints the owner opted to not answer my emails anymore, very disappointing, 0 customer service The apartment generally ok , great view , location we learned that it was not the best if you want to go to main attractions, playa del Carmen , Cozumel and xcaret all more than 1 hour drive , but if you want to stay close to the main hotel zone in Cancun is a 20 minute drive Watch out for the small table in the balcony it has a cover of glass and is a bit bigger and or is loose so more than one of us got small scratches from that , the beach is very small and does not tell the story of Cancun is just besides a ferry port and not too clean, the facilities great

Bon choix d'endroit tranquille

Nous avons adoré cette emplacement. Tranquille, sécuritaire, propre. Bonne communication avec l'hÎte. Idéalement une location d'auto est préférable et avec le condo il y a un stationnement d'inclus. Le seul petit commentaire est la petite senteur d'égout dans le condo et un séchoir de cheveux serait idéal. Sinon que du bien pour cet emplacement recommandé.

Beautiful condo and location over looking the ocean/pool/gardens. Had a small issue with the gas being turned off on arrival but the host was quick to respond and was resolved promptly. The water gets cold quickly during showers (smaller gas tank) so in/out type shower. We found if we turned it off once cold and gave it 5 minutes it would refill and be hot again. A condo rule list would be beneficial for guests as we were bombarded the first day by security guards who didn’t speak English about all the things we couldn’t do-only blue/white towels allowed at the pool, certain huts were only for owners, not allowed to move chairs, no shirts in the pool. The language barrier made this difficult but we met owners who spoke English at the pool who explained the rules in more detail and we were not bothered by security for the rest of the trip. The restaurant Puerto Santos located on the beach steps away was fabulous and would highly recommend. Circle K and OXXO convenience stores located just outside the front gate. Overall it was a very pleasurable trip and would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much Ivan!
