Ideally situated for boating enthusiasts, it`s a short cruise to Harkers Island, Cape Lookout, Beaufort, and Morehead City. Explore the world-class islands and fishing spots of the southern Outer Banks; you can bring your boat and tie it up on the concrete dock. IMPORTANT: There is no trash pickup for this property, guests must take trash to the local recycling convenience center/landfill. Trash left behind will incur a $75 fee.
House Rules

Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors.

Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

Furry friends are welcome, but please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.

Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.

Please also be sure to clean the grill after use.
