16 Ocean Green Drive par Akers Ellis Rentals

Thank you for your feedback! We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and the home. You are correct, guests not staying with the Kiawah Island Golf Resort to not have access to their private amenities. We do out best to ensure guests are aware of this and do include it in our rental agreement that is required to be signed by all guests before confirming the reservation.

Thanks for your comments. The owner and our maintenance team are addressing the wood issues on the deck asap. Thanks for letting us know about this!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As listed in the description at your time of booking, the owner has made a couple of updates, however these are mostly to the exterior areas and we are awaiting a scheduled photographer to update the photos of those areas. The main interior update is simply a repaint of the home. We do feel that overall, the photos depict the home quite accurately, and we have not had similar comments from other guests within that time frame. I do see from communication that you noted upon arrival that it was a nice home that met all of your needs. As we didn't hear anything further during your stay, we kindly ask that you reach out to our team at your convenience to provide more specific feedback of any issues with your experience so we can work to address them for future guests.

Thanks for your feedback. We would have been happy to come back by and address the porches for you. We apologize that was not done prior to your arrival as that is the standard procedure. We also do supply a starter pack of dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. Housekeeping leaves paper products as well so we apologize if they missed that for your arrival.

Thank you for your feedback! We are pleased to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay. I have passed your comments regarding the beds and washer and dryer to our property management team. They will investigate and confer with the owners on necessary actions as needed.

We are sorry to hear of your continued disappointment with your recent experience with us. As previously discussed, this is not our standard, and we were unfortunately unaware of these issues prior to your early departure. We have passed your noted along to our housekeeping and property management team to investigate and address the linens/bedding and the state of the carpets so that future renters don't have the same experience.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry for your issues with the property during your stay. I do see that our team was able to fix the water leak on the day that it was reported. I hope that this didn't interfere with the remainder of your stay. I have sent your comments regard the deck stairs to our team to investigate and address. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again to Kiawah. Please feel free to reach out to us when you are ready to plan your next stay so we can find you the perfect property for your party! Kind Regards, Akers Ellis Management
