Dog friendly Greenslake Cottage with lagoon view and community pool! New rental
New to the rental market! This cozy two-bedroom getaway has a tranquil lagoon view shaded by a very lovely, old Live Oak tree with hanging moss. Features include a range of comforts including a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, open dining and living area with plenty of comfortable seating, and a large TV for streaming your favorites. The cottage also boasts a lovely sunroom from which to enjoy the lagoon view, and has a daybed for lounging or can be used as an extra sleeping area. The small deck is perfect for grilling your favorite meals. Washing machine and dryer located at back of kitchen.
Bedroom 1: King bed and private bath with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and hall bath with walk-in shower.
Additional sleeping space: Sunroom daybed with trundle sleeps 2.
This retreat is perfect for guests seeking a relaxing escape, situated in a tucked away, but very convenient West Beach location. Only an 8 minute walk to the beach with the Greenslake community pool and bathhouse located on the path to the beach! The cottage has easy bike path access, and is only a scenic bike ride or short drive away from Resort activities, Night Heron Park, Fresh Fields Village and the Kiawah Conference Center.
Easy loading and unloading, with 2 parking spaces directly in front of the cottage and only 5 steps to front porch entry,
All Greenslake Cottages are single story structures with no units above or below. They provide a larger floor plan than most 2 bedroom villas on the island,
