We not only never heard from the owner Nate but the owner never acknowledged our paid reservation. We found ourselves in the parking lot with no access information. After speaking to Vrbo customer Service and promised a full refund, we drove 3 hours home. I wouldn’t recommend this property for the risk of it.

Perfect location, very easy access to beach! Nice pool. Condo was very nice, open balcony and the beach is literally 10 ft Infront of you. Which was great with having the teenage kids, you can literally look right out the door and talk to them on the beach. Perfect for a small family vacation!!

The location was wonderful, right on the beach. The condo however, needs updating. The couch is very uncomfortable and not very clean. Sheets were old and had serious wear. An electrical outlet had no cover.

The condo was adequate for our stay. The location of the unit on the first floor on the ocean front was really great. We could not find towels, washcloths and linens which we were told would be in the unit. Did locate towels in the dryer after talking with the manager. But still only had one washcloth. No sofa bed as was stated in the listing but made do. Cushion on the sofa was busted and stuffing coming out and did advise the manager of this. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

The place was acceptable for a weekend by the beach. But had a service situation with the lock for the front door. It's spoiled plans for our family birthday weekend. We have to spend a half a day waiting for somebody to correct this situation because we couldn't leave the condo until a service person changed the lock and the apartment was unsecure until then. The only thing I can recommend is to contact the host to make sure the apartment doesn't has any service issues before renting.

Bed unmade with sheets taking a long time to drive. We were able to find fitted sheet and pillow cases with marker stains (but clean). Only 1 towel available. Rest were in dryer with sheets and were unable to be dried. Property could have stood some extra cleaning (sandy, leftover food in fridge/freezer, plates/cups needed a bit more thorough washing as well as bathroom, etc). The host was very speedy in his responses as well as apologetic and did try his best to resolve the bedding situation though was ultimately unable to for this stay. Beach location was fantastic with a great view!

Location of the place was great, being like 20 feet from the water with a balcony to enjoy the ocean. Cleanliness was a bit lackluster though. Sandy floors, dirty windows/sliding door, stains on some of the furniture and some rusty furniture too. The pull out bed was broken during the stay, and the washer/dryer was full of damp items for the condo. Managed to get it working well enough to do a couple small loads of laundry. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend the host maybe get a binder or notebook for the place with info/directions for people’s stay as I had to ask questions on basic tasks and to get the WiFi info as well. Overall not a bad experience, it had most of what one would need for a short stay and with the ocean sounds, was a peaceful stay. would overall recommend that the unit was maybe cleaned better between stays, as most of my concerns were cleanliness related.

Location was perfect. We were blessed with wonderful weather! With such a great location it's very sad that the owner does not seem to care about updating the furnishings. The couch had such disgusting looking stains on it we covered it with a sheet just to feel a little bit comfortable sitting on it. Cleanliness: There was also leftover food in the refrigerator and on top of it, stainless steel refrigerator had obviously not been wiped down on awhile and a used dish towel was left in the kitchen sink. After seeing this in the kitchen we took it upon ourselves to wash the sheets and wipe everything down. Thankfully cleaning supplies were there! And yes I did address this with the property manager and he offered to send the cleaning service back. But honestly after a 5 hour drive at 7 o'clock on a Tuesday evening I didn't feel like dealing with that!

The location of the property is great right by the ocean, the swimming pool is nice. The inside of the apartment really need to be updated. We ended up having one bed less than was promised since the sofa was broken and not replaced by the owner. The apartment was very dirty. The AC was super dusty and leaking water to the middle of the apartment in the evening. There were electricity sockets that were badly broken and a real fire hazard. There were not enough towels or linen and the rest was bundled on the closet floor. Even though the surroundings of the apartment are nice I cannot recommend this to anyone without a very thorough update of the apartment and furniture. This was the worst stay we have ever had. Also, the owner did not send any details about check-in or info about the apartment until I asked and communication about everything except the check-in code was really bad. We had to search the premises for a long time until we found the correct apartment. None of this information was provided until specifically asked about.
