The deck is large with 4 comfy chairs ready for you to relax, listen to music, and make memories. The hammock is positioned in the shade with the dueling UNC vs Duke corn hole boards for when things get competitive. The yard is perfect for kids to play while you can watch from the deck above.

The resort across the street has a walk-up window restaurant open during the day and a rooftop seafood restaurant open in the evenings. They also have an ice cream stand open most evenings as well.

There is a beautiful park located just a few minutes away with a large pirate ship themed playground, basketball court, sand volleyball, docks to walk out into the sound, Italian Ice venue, and more.

The Tiki Mart and Bar is located one block away. This is a fun place to visit in the evening and hang out with other vacationers.

The northern tip of the island is less than a mile away and has breathtaking beach and sound views. If you look closely you’ll see the sails of an old shipwreck. We highly recommend driving the bikes there one evening. There is a parking lot so you can drive a car as well. If you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle you can actually drive it out on the sand in the marked areas. The city sells day passes for you to take your vehicles out on the sand and it’s a blast.
