Ce condo 1bdr au deuxième étage aux Dunes a une vue incroyable sur l'océan combiné avec la piscine. Il offre une escapade parfaite sur la plage de North Topsail. Nouvellement décoré, rénové avec un sol en bambou. Le condo a un amusant, décor marin nautique. Ici vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour aller à la plage. Asseyez-vous, détendez-vous sur le pont. Observez les dauphins et les navires lointains en sirotant une tasse de java.

Les plages immaculées sont à quelques pas. D'excellents restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Le 26 mile Topsail Island offre de nombreuses boutiques et activités amusantes. Venez à l'île de Topsail et restez un moment. Profitez des kilomètres et des kilomètres de belles plages vierges et peu fréquentées.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time for our first time in North Topsail Beach. Everything was as described on the listing. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and loved the location of the condo. Overall, we had a great time and definitely would book again.

Beautiful Space

The condo is very nice, in a good location. Everything you need is provided.The owners were very responsive to my questions. The only problem we had was walking our luggage and groceries up and down 2 flights of stairs.

Thank you for your feedback. To all future guests, welcome. I am in my 60's and my husband is 10 yrs old with a knee replacement. We have no problem with the stairs. There are railings on both sides. This is a beautiful condo with even a better view.

Family of four with 2 little girls

We loved this condo! My girls are 2 and 4 and loved the bunk beds. I was impressed with how spotless it was. Walking in, it smelled clean and it was beautiful. The kitchen has everything you would need including kids plates and cups. The walk to the beach was easy even with my two year old wanting to walk herself. I would absolutely recommend this condo and I hope to return to it. The views are great. The beach was great. We saw dolphins from the back door.

Beautiful Topsail Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Topsail Dunes. The property is beautiful, right on the beach, and offers wonderful ammenities. The condo itself was clean and had a beautiful view. Most of what we needed was un the condo which made our stay very enjoyable. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip

When we walked in it was so clean and it smelled wonderful. This was our first girls trip☀️🏝️👙 and we all loved it. Easy access to the beach to the pool and not too much of a drive to go to restaurants. We definitely recommend Rick’s Restaurant. Not too expensive in the food was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this little place to anyone.

Perfect! Just what we all needed.

Our family has had a very busy, very stressful summer, and staying here made all of that melt away. We looked out onto the balcony and the ocean was right there, a welcome sight every morning. The beach access was incredibly close and convenient, and the pool was a refreshing oasis at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nicely remodeled, beautiful cabinets. Having some pizza pans, baking sheet, Or cookie sheet in them would be helpful. Beautiful views. Pool was closed after Labor day.

Super cute condo. Has a nice beachie vibe. Tastefully decorated. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the kitchen and the deck view even better. We even saw dolphins a couple times. Easy check in and check out. Great place for a vacation.

Nice place, and everything met our needs

Property was as expected: clean and easy communications with host. Size was decent for 4 of us for the time we were there, with all the necessities available! No complaints and if we were to book in the location again, we would happily rent again. If you are looking for a place to get away out of the hustle of tourists, this is a good location. If you want to go out for activities or eating- everything is a drive.

Hi, we are Tom and Lorraine. We discovered Topsail Island in 2006 while visiting relatives. With a combined 47 years of military service, we've traveled worldwide and found North Topsail Beach to be the best beach for the full ocean experience. It’s the raw beauty. The Atlantic Ocean at its best. This part of the 26 miles island is does not feel commercialized. Lorraine, originally from Connecticut, has always loved the ocean and considers herself a Connoisseur of the ocean. Tom is retired, a skier and pheasant hunter, prefers the Midwest's cold climate, though Lorraine would move to North Topsail Beach in a heartbeat.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

A guest recently asked – how did you stumble across Topsail Island? Good question. The thing is you almost have to know someone who knows someone who knows someone. This is North Carolina’s secret…. A hidden gem.
And I did happen to know someone– my brother-in-law retired in Hampstead. Hampstead is the beach town of Topsail Island. If you -blink - you missed it. I always wanted Ocean front property having grown up on the Connecticut side of Long Island sound. I have been all over the world with my military career - seen many oceans worldwide. So, my sister said – you need to check out the beaches of Topsail Island. Her husband’s family went there on vacations way back in the day.
So, in 2005 while at a tradeshow in Altana for my business, where we decided everything went wrong that could have – I said to Tom - let’s get out of here and drive to Topsail and look at properties. That was in November 2005. May 2006, I closed on the dunes. The following year, the Regis.
I finally felt I had my little slice of heaven. And that is what Topsail island really is.
So why this property? Location location and the view

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The perfect unobstructed view of the pool and ocean. No looking at worn out grass, looking at the view from a distance or obstucted views. Its simply the best. This is upfront, close and personal with the ocean. The view is why we bought this unit 21 years ago.
