Nice condo, comfortable beds, great location on the walking path to the Hyatt in one direction and Poipu Beach in the other. The free access to the Athletic Club was a great perk!

Prefect setup for a family of four. Easy walk or drive to the beach and great relaxation at the pool 100 feet away.

Poipu Sands Unit #221 worked out great for us. We liked the complex and the location. We used the Poipu Sands pool on the grounds out front, and also the Poipu Kai Association Pool and the Poipu Athletic Club. We had a great time.

The AC didn't cut it for us, but it was passable. The condo was absolutely fabulous otherwise. We LOVED it. Well-stocked, Nice and big. Just gorgeous!!!! We'll be back. We didn't know where to find the pool key so we had to call, but we got right through to the company so we were all set.

At the moment, Poipu Sands does not yet have the electrical infrastructure needed to support split-system air conditioning, which many guests prefer. Some of the other Poipu Kai communities are gradually upgrading their electrical capacity, so we are hopeful that improvements like this may be possible in the future. This property exceeded all my expectations. Beautifully updated,clean and comfortable. A short walk to shipwreck beach and the Grand Hyatt. Beds were very comfortable which is not always the case in Hawaii. Communication with owner was quickly responded to. Beach gear was fantastic. Pool on site is really noce as well. Just minutes from shopping and restaurants and poipu beach. 10 out of 10 recommend. We will stay here on our next trip.

We had a lovely stay with our family of four. Beautiful views, easy access to pool, beaches, walks and restaurants. Lovely and comfortable home with sweet neighbors. Fully equipped and excellent hosts.
