Poipu Sands Unit #221 worked out great for us. We liked the complex and the location. We used the Poipu Sands pool on the grounds out front, and also the Poipu Kai Association Pool and the Poipu Athletic Club. We had a great time.

Aloha and thank you for your kind words — we’re so glad to hear that everything was great during your stay! We truly appreciate your feedback about the temperature. Each bedroom is equipped with a portable A/C unit to help provide comfort while sleeping, and we’re always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience. We’ll review airflow and cooling options to see if there's anything else we can do to make future stays even more comfortable. Mahalo again for staying with us — we hope to welcome you back to sunny Poipu soon! — Koloa Kai Vacation Rentals

The AC didn't cut it for us, but it was passable. The condo was absolutely fabulous otherwise. We LOVED it. Well-stocked, Nice and big. Just gorgeous!!!! We'll be back. We didn't know where to find the pool key so we had to call, but we got right through to the company so we were all set.

Aloha, Mahalo for the wonderful comments. We’re delighted to hear that you loved the condo and found it spacious, well stocked, and beautiful. It means a lot to our team when guests enjoy their stay and plan to return. Thank you as well for your feedback about the A/C. At the moment, Poipu Sands does not yet have the electrical infrastructure needed to support split-system air conditioning, which many guests prefer. Some of the other Poipu Kai communities are gradually upgrading their electrical capacity, so we are hopeful that improvements like this may be possible in the future. We are glad to hear that our team was able to quickly assist you when you called about the pool key. Being easy to reach when guests need help is very important to us. Mahalo again for staying with us. We look forward to welcoming you back to sunny Poipu. Aloha, Koloa Kai Vacation Rentals

This property exceeded all my expectations. Beautifully updated, clean and comfortable. A short walk to shipwreck beach and the Grand Hyatt. Beds were very comfortable which is not always the case in Hawaii. Communication with owner was quickly responded to. Beach gear was fantastic. Pool on site is really noce as well. Just minutes from shopping and restaurants and poipu beach. 10 out of 10 recommend. We will stay here on our next trip.
