The house has two doors:
• One is security screen door with hinged door lock, and
• Another door is wooden door with deadbolt lock.

Downstairs has three bedrooms, one toilet, and a combined bathroom and laundry.
• A bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
• A bedroom has two single beds
• A bedroom has one single bed and one king single bed.

Upstairs has one bedroom, one toilet, kitchen, open plan living room and a large balcony.
• The bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

Coffee Plunger
We would like to inform you that coffee plungers are not provided at our property. Unfortunately, some past guests have disposed of plunger coffee grounds in the sink, which caused blockages and resulted in expensive repairs.

To maintain the quality of the property and ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we have decided to no longer offer this item.

We appreciate your understanding this decision and kindly ask for your consideration in giving a 5-star rating despite this limitation.

However, we provide NZ spring water on your arrival.

We provide a variety of food for you to make your own breakfast when it is convenient for you. Among the food we provide for breakfast are, for examples:
• Bread
• Fresh milk
• Cereals
• Fruit jams or peanut butter
• Various types of tea bags
• Instant coffee
• Bread spread
• Cooking oil
• Salt and pepper
• Sauces

Four Bedrooms:
• Room 1 has a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobe with hangers, and two bedside tables
• Room 2 has a king single bed and a single bed, built-in wardrobe with hangers, a bedside table
• Room 3 has two single beds, built-in wardrobe with hangers, a bedside table, and a study desk and chair
• Room 4 has one queen-sized bed, a bed side table and a 6-drawer chest

• Fridge, microwave, Gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher
• Toaster & Kettle, jug, rice cooker, crockery, utensils
• Cleaning products

Lounge Room:
• Large open-plan living room with high ceiling and skylights

• Containing: shower box, vanity with basin, 3 door mirror cabinet, and heated towel rail

Two separate toilets (downstairs and upstairs one each)

• Front load washing machine (laundry powder provided), and cloth dryer

Guests can access the whole house except storage room

1) The house is in a quiet complex, under the Body Corporate Management. So, No pet is allowed.

2) No party is allowed.
