Great space

We came into town a couple days early for our cruise. This space was pleanty big enough for our group of 9. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed a cookout on the patio. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again when we come back to town.

Nice house, good area

Enjoyed the house and the location, with one key exception. The mattresses need to be replaced ASAP. Some other minor issues as well - backyard fencing needs to be repaired, silverware wasn't clean, not enough hangers, but minor stuff. Major issues was the beds. That aside, would recommend this property.

Everything is not a expected

The couches shown on the picture are not the ones in the household. The ones in the household need to be replaced, there are multiple holes from burns on the couches…. The outside pool area needs to be pressure washed and sprayed with mosquito spray. You can not seat outside and enjoy the space due to mosquitoes everywhere. The beds in the smaller bedrooms are sooooo uncomfortable. Also you should have the WiFi password listed somewhere in the house, we should not have to reach out to get that information.

I am very disappointed from your 1 stay review.. very unfair and very misleading The wifi password is on the app information like the checkin information The sofas werre changed to leather sofas and are in perfect shape. Regarding the moskitos its florida in july i have no control over the moskitos Yiu could get moskito repelent ..it wouod make it more comfortable. Regarding the bed we are looking in to it If it needs changing we will do it right away. The home is in perfect shape This review does not make any sence It does not represent my home Please look at all my reviews Thank you Taylor

BEWARE OF THIS HOUSE PLEASE. PICS ARE DOCTORED!!!

When we pulled up to the property our hearts sank. Then we were hoping the inside didn't match. Boy were we wrong. It was worse. When you open the door the stentch of mildew hits you first. We walked threw the house and was disgusted. So i instantly go on the phone trying to reach the property manager. Nothing. I called VRBO customer service. I sent pictures and videos of that filth box and of doors that dont properly lock. Nothing. So we were stuck having to stay in this place. Before we brought our things in we went to a local Walmart and bought sheet sets, blankets, air mattresses, LYSOL and other cleaning supplies. The beds are not for anyone to sleep on. It is ridiculous. To the host, you are an evil person to take peoples money and use these filtered photos to get peoples money under false pretenses. To VRBO you all should be vetting these places better. We put our trust in you.

Fort Lauderdale Disappointment

I had cleanliness issues on check in that I expressed and they sent someone the next day, which led to them bringing clean towels and washcloths. The Floors were dirty, some washcloths and hand towels were stained. There was hair from previous guests in the bathroom floors. The living room furniture was uncomfortable, beds were extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen was big, beautiful and clean other than the floors. The big outdoor area and pool are nice, but after one day the pool was dirty due to holes in the lanai and leaves and debris falling in. There is also a two story apartment building directly behind the home, so there is no pool privacy. There were multiple step ups and downs between rooms in one end of the home, which was a trip hazard, especially with little kids. The home is right off a busy street and very close to downtown and a bus stop. It was a convenient location to major roads, but a busy area. I was very disappointed in this home given what we paid for three nights. I will never stay again.

The guest wanted to cancel the booking fee days before check in When I explained her that we will have to follow the cancalation policy ,the guest got very upset and said she will give us a bad review if I will not give her a full refund It's a shame that some guests using vrbo review system to extort us And making lies Her review is absolutely one big lie We had no issues with the property and with the cleaning of the property
