The Space:

Located right on the serene shores of Table Rock Lake, all the water-themed adventures you can handle are right at your fingertips. Rent a boat or other watercraft to spend an exciting day on the water, exploring all its hidden nooks and crannies and stopping to relax on a beach to soak up the sun. You don’t have to go far to cool off, however, as you’ll have access to an array of amenities right onsite inclusive of the sparkling outdoor pool with lounge area.



On days away from the lake, make sure you plan out plenty of time for the exploration of broader Branson. Closest to you is thrilling Silver Dollar City, great for families and adrenaline seekers alike. As you make your way to downtown, check out the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or Dolly Parton’s Stampede, just to name a few of many destinations. Between mini golf and the virtually unlimited options for dining and shopping, there’s no shortage of ways to fill up your days.



Days begin and end out on the home’s private deck, soaking in the abundant sunshine and fresh country air while you gaze out at the panoramic scene of the lake and surrounding Ozarks. High-top café table and chair sets are ideal for sipping on your fresh cup of morning coffee, while a dining table for 4 provides a venue perfect for al fresco meals.



Stepping indoors, you’re met by bright, welcoming spaces lovingly furnished to maximize your downtime and connectivity with others. Sink into plush sofa seating in the living room while you surf the channels or queue up a movie on the TV. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to host all your mealtime endeavors, whether whipping up delicious homecooked creations or simply unpacking takeout from a local restaurant. Snag a high-top stool at the counter for snacks and light meals or gather around the dining table with formal seating for 4.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

• This is a third floor, walk up unit with 16 steps required for entry.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.



Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
