The Space:

Nestled in the heart of the historic Cole neighborhood, this beautifully refreshed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home perfectly balances timeless charm with modern comfort. Step onto the inviting front porch, and you’ll immediately feel at home. Inside, the stunning remodeled kitchen features upscale appliances, custom cabinets, and quartz countertops, making it a beautiful space for preparing meals and enjoying quiet evenings. The open main floor layout feels warm and welcoming, and a cozy office nook provides a quiet space for catching up on work or emails.



Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms: a spacious primary suite with elegant built-in cabinetry, an en suite bathroom with double vanities, and plenty of natural light; a twin room with a trundle bed and a bedroom with full bed that share a stylish Jack-and-Jill bathroom. On the main level, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed provides extra convenience for anyone who prefers to stay close to the action. Charming house in a quiet neighborhood. Seven of us gathered for my nephew's graduation celebration. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the backyard patio, dinner around the large dining room table, and late night conversation in the living room. Everything was easy and comfortable. I'd recommend this house.

We were looking for a nice place to stay near Downtown Denver, and this house was perfect. The house is located in a quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood. There were four in our group, but the house felt so spacious that easily two more could have joined us. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the backyard was a nice space to just sit and enjoy the day. We didn't travel out much, but when we did, all the necessities were close by. It was such a pleasant place to stay. I will stay here again when I return to Denver.

The property was excellent. Great location, super comfortable beds and furnishings. The kitchen was highly functional and we had everything we needed. We visited Hanging Lake, Garden of the Gods, the natural history museum, the central market, and more. I cannot recommend this property highly enough! It was a rare treat to rent a house that is actually comfortable...and so beautiful! This house has tons of space, it's easy for a large group to be settled here. Beds, pillows and linens were comfortable, and the whole vibe of the house is comfortable too. They don't cheap out on everything because it's a rental-quite the opposite. The kitchen is fully stocked, you can easily cook full meals here. Super clean, a/c works great, and the backyard space is nice too. The only word of caution is the only tv is in the basement. I would definitely stay here again!
