This Bungalow gem is in the Heart of the City, steps away from the Santa Fe Art District infused with an abundance of culture, art, and convenience. Enjoy several local coffee shops, breweries, as well as a number of great restaurants within walking distance! Easy access to multiple sports and concert venues, the Colorado convention center, museums, botanical gardens, the theater, great shopping, bike paths, parks, hospitals, and recreation centers. The first Friday of each month the district comes alive and hundreds of local artists share their work with the community while food trucks line the streets and live music fills the air. We are short light rail trip, easy drive or affordable rideshare away from all Denver has to offer. Our home is moments away from all major highways for an easy trip to popular mountain towns and ski resorts, hiking trails, and casinos. Spend some time in the city, escape up the mountain for a day of skiing, gambling or soaking in healing natural hot springs all from our perfectly located home.

We are locals to the area and our families have been here for generations. We’re available to answer any questions or give recommendations to make your trip to Denver a memorable one. You won’t find a better location to enjoy the best of everything Colorado has to offer.

The house was exactly as described and pictured, which made for a smooth check-in and stress-free stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was fantastic to work with. Communication was quick, clear, and helpful from booking through checkout, and any questions we had were answered right away. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in the Denver area. Highly recommend!

Property was great, as advertised and close to down town. Only issue we had was there is only one AC for 3 floors so if sleeping on third floor is was toasty while sleeping on lowest floor was chilly. Sorta like three bears. Central floor was “just right”.

Working with Heather the host was great. She responded quickly to all of my questions ahead of time. The property was exactly what we wanted with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We used the backyard firepit every evening. It was a fantastic space for the 6 of us to spend time together. The basement had the perfect set-up for watching football games, and we had fun playing games at the dining room table. The location was ideal - we walked Santa Fe several times for restaurants and shopping, and we walked to downtown's 16th Street. We loved this home.

Multi generational family stay

Very nice house for a family stay. Beautifully decorated and wonderful outdoor spaces. Only drawback is street parking which was difficult since we arrived in multiple vehicles. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful home & gathering space!

My friends and I were in Denver for a concert at Mile High Field, and Casa de Color was a perfect fit! We mostly enjoyed the backyard patio. Quiet, lots of seating, and beautiful flora.

Great Place

Great place with plenty of room to hang out. Minor issue with listing but the communication with the manager was fantastic. She fixed the minor issue and provided us with a great remedy to the error. The house was also very clean! Would stay there again!

What a fabulous, eclectic, and clean place. In a walkable hip part of Denver. Easy check-in, clear guidelines, and a fantastic host. This is a rental that others should be measured against. A perfect experience. Thank you.

Four colleagues and myself rented the house and the carriage house garage apartment for our convention visit to Denver. We loved the space, more than enough for 5 adults with both privacy and common space for use, the house is organized very thoughtfully. We LOVED proximity to the art district and the artsy style of the house. The fire pit and outdoor space was absolutely wonderful and appreciated by all. Kitchen was well-stocked and the house had those little extras reflecting a welcoming and gracious host, Heather is one of the top hosts I’ve experienced for sure. Beds were comfy and communication with host was excellent. Definitely recommend if your travels bring you to downtown Denver!

We were in Denver for a wedding- traveled with young adult children, middle agers, and grandparents. All were well accommodated at this house. It was comfortable and clean. The backyard patio/fire pit was lovely, just too hot for us to enjoy on this trip.
