Our recent full renovation embraces a Global Retreat in the Rockies aesthetic, where the beauty of nature and the spirit of travel come together. Throughout the home you'll find organic materials, rich natural textures, handcrafted details, and earthy tones inspired by forests, mountains, coral reefs, and coastlines from around the globe.

The open living space is warm and inviting — perfect for gathering after a day exploring Denver or the mountains. Curl up with a book, stream your favorite movie on the Smart TV by the fireplace, or simply enjoy the calming atmosphere created by thoughtful design and abundant natural light.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or sharing a relaxed dinner with family and friends.

Each bedroom has been designed as a peaceful retreat with premium mattresses, soft linens, and calming décor to help you recharge after a day of adventure. Retreat to the private spa room just off the primary bedroom, where you'll enjoy sweeping city views and a relaxing whirlpool tub.
Working remotely? You'll enjoy high-speed WiFi and dedicated spaces to comfortably settle in for the workday before heading out to experience everything Denver has to offer.

Street parking is available, and rideshare services are plentiful in this central neighborhood. Many guests choose this location specifically because a car isn’t necessary for enjoying the best of central Denver.

To help us preserve this special space for every guest, we kindly ask that you observe a few house guidelines:
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.

We have a wonderful relationship with our neighbors and appreciate your help in keeping the neighborhood peaceful. Several nearby homes have young children, so we ask that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum, especially during the evening.

Trash collection takes place on Wednesday mornings. Please place all trash in the black bin and recyclables in the recycling bin. Our team may stop by Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning to move the bins for collection.
