Welcome to the Conway White House! 5 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 18. It has 2 living spaces, a game room with a ping pong table, and an in-ground pool! This home sits on 5 acres smack dab in the middle of Conway. It also includes parking for semi-trucks, if needed, and an RV electrical hookup. This is the perfect spot for ball teams, construction crews, and large families coming to the area for weddings, reunions, etc.

Pool open mid-April through mid-October.

The place is perfect for a large group. This is our second time to stay! Plenty of room to spread out and enough tvs for all the SEC games!

This place was perfect for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hangout! My only complaints are the water had a VERY strong sulphur smell.. and the water pressure in the master bedroom was non existent. Other than that, our stay was great!

from the outside the property looks small but once inside it is more than adequate, there was construction in the area which had knocked the wifi out and the construction hab the access road muddy and rough but all else 2 thumbs up

The construction on the driveway is a lot of mud! Wasn’t happy with that! Also directly behind hotels and restaurants
.too much traffic leaving the muddy driveway.

Overall, the house was spacious and could work well if you have a lot of guests. However, we experienced several issues that impacted our stay. We arrived at 4:00 PM to find the cleaning crew still there, and we weren’t able to enter until 4:45 PM. The Wi-Fi provided did not work, and despite contacting the owner, we did not receive a response until the following day. The water pressure was almost non-existent, and the water in the king-size bedroom was only lukewarm. There was a awful sulphur smell (at least we think that's what it was coming from the bathroom off of the living/kitchen) Unfortunately, we ended our stay early to go somewhere else. Just not the place for us.

Don't stay for the pool without confirming it works.

The house's location is great. The amount of bedrooms is also ideal. The communication with host and pool was awful. Went to check in and house was still being cleaned 1.5 hours later (which is fine!! Would love a clean house and later check in verses dirty!!) but also the pool was solid green and liner ripped off. Host offered us a full refund but then did not answer our messages OR VRBO calling for 2 weeks. Only talked to host through pool person's speaker phone bc we happened to show up at the right time. Would not recommend this house based off of host communication. Wish I would have this review before booking.

A disappointment for sure

There is not much parking, the yard had not been kept up, the basement was flooded, the HVAC was out, the pool was closed, there was broke glass and trash from previous renters , poor communications

Originally booked through another rental app. They canceled on us 2 weeks prior to our stay and we had to rebook through VRBO.Pros: Great sleeping arrangement for large families. Beds and rooms were generally clean. Location is close to the interstate. Pet friendly is a nice feature.Cons: We specifically booked this location for the pool. Based on previous reviews, we messaged multiple times prior to our stay to ensure the pool was functioning. Unfortunately, the manager messaged us the morning of our reservation stating the pool was unusable due to an algae bloom. We were never able to use the pool, even after cleaning and shocking it ourselves. We continually tested the water and while we had some promising readings, it never cleared-up to an acceptable level. Another major issue was the dishwasher. It was inoperative with no prior notification and completely filled with mold. The stench was horrible. Additionally, the internet was out for the first couple days and several items were broken or disconnected around the house (bathroom curtain rod, garbage disposal, fridge water dispenser).Finally, be advised that the entire street is under construction. The road is filled with dirt and constant traffic from construction equipment. The front yard was mostly dirt, as they were clearing and grading the area.Overall, we were disappointed in the reality of the property from what was presented on VRBO.

Other than flushing toilets, the water was unusable, with a very pungent smell. No showers for our large crowd and unable to use the kitchen. The active construction site directly in front of the house almost made the house inaccessible, especially for elderly family members. Multiple attempts were made to contact the property owner and the virtual agent through VRBO.
