Clean air and solitude. Located in Springfield, AR, this fully furnished and spacious country home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and family room, and a 2 car garage. The home is equipped to sleep 8 guests, with one bedroom having a king sized bed, a 2nd bedroom having a queen sized bed, a 3rd bedroom having a regular sized bed and a 4th bedroom having 2 twin sized beds. All rooms have TVs and Wifi, except for the living and dining rooms. The kitchen is fully furnished. The home is located on the east end of an 160 acres hay farm - guaranteeing tranquility. Domesticated cattle and wandering deer can be seen in the westward distance. This tranquillity is only interupted by an occasional passing car.

We take pride in high standard cleaning practices. We follow a 5-step enhanced cleaning process using disposable gloves, and all areas are sanitized. For your extra peace of mind, we provide protective mattress and pillow covers.

You have access to the full house and the beautiful countryside scenery. There is also a BBQ grill and outdoor seating for guest use/smoking.

Whether trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in the serenity of country life or, have some fun in a natural outdoor space; with nearby fishing at Brewer's Lake, 160 acres of space for camping, 4 wheeling, or hunting, our farm home is an outdoorsman's (woman's) dream.

Two boat ramps are available. The south ramp is accessible by taking Arkansas Highway 92 North from I-40 at the Plumerville exit (Exit 112), and then turning left on Johnny Walker Road. The road ends at the ramp. The north ramp is accessible by taking Arkansas Highway 92 North from I-40 at the Plumerville exit (Exit 112), and then turning left on Reservoir Road. The road ends at the ramp.

Other things to note
If you wish to maintain the solemnity that only the country can offer but want to go out to eat, you can visit The Squirrel Cafe, 3 miles and 10 minutes away, located at 2024 Hwy 9 (the intersection of Hwy 124 and Hwy 9), open M - F 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m, Saturdays 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., where the best in Petit Jean meats and homegrown eggs are served - breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Five minutes further north on Hwy 9 is The Bucket List Cafe, a 4.6 star restaurant that is located at 5308 AR-9, Center Ridge, 15 minutes away from the home. It is open Wed - Thurs. 7:00am - 3:00pm, Fri. - Sat. 7:00am-8:00pm, Sun. 7:00am-3:00pm, and closed on Mon. and Tues. There you can find the best in traditional American cuisines for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

If you want a 4.6 star Mexican restaurant, you need only travel 22 minutes away to Amigo Loco Mexican Restaurant, 82 S Broadway St 65 South, Damascus, AR 72039. It’s the best Mexican Restaurant in the area! Hours of operation are everyday from 10:00am-9:00pm.

A more cosmopolitan experience can be found just 20 minutes away in the nearby city of Morrilton with a local movie theater and many restaurants, grocery stores and other recreational options. There you can visit the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton, stop by Movie House Winery for a tasting as well as fun wine-related gifts, grab a bite to eat and more. Go about the same distance east in the opposite direction on I-40 toward Little Rock and you will be in the city of Conway. Conway is a larger city than Morrilton. It is the home of the University of Central Arkansas and Hendrix College, as well as many attractive restaurants with delicious foods. The city also has parks, and other fun recreational spaces. For a more bustling experience, take the 1 hour scenic drive to the capital city of Little Rock and enjoy all the fun, nightlife and hotspots found there.

About 30 minutes away is the city of Greenbrier, AR. You can stop by the Wagon Wheel Restaurant for a family dinner and traverse the collections of the Arkansas Peddler's Antique Mall. Take the kids over the Mathew's Park for some splash pad fun, fishing at the pond, skating at the skate park section, or even using the accessible, no barriers playground. Don't forget to check out Wooly Hollow State park and Cadron Creek while you're in the area!
