This waterfront one bedroom condo is located in Southport at Safe Harbor Marina, this condo is a dream. Enjoy the famous Southport multi color sunsets on the balcony or relax in the cozy den. The bedroom features a queen bed, and the kitchen/den area has a great open floor plan. Condo is equipped with washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, Wi-fi and more. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Southport, a short 5 minute drive to Oak Islands beautiful beach, and walking distance to great restaurants. Guests will find their stay here pleasant and welcoming. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Fantastic location. The condo is comfortable and has pretty much all of the amenities and extras one needs. Host is a rapid responder; we only had a few questions during our one week stay, and she was on it immediately!!! We never had to wait for a response. She was very helpful too with recommendations for things to do in the area. I’d recommend this condo for its awesome view and exceptional value!!

I am sorry to see your experience wasn’t 5 star. I am unsure as to why you were not completely satisfied with your experience. There was never any communication from you to me so that I could help you or clarify anything. I heard from a neighbor that you couldn’t get in and immediately tried contacting you with no response. But I opened the door for you in a timely manner. Reviews and communication are for both sides. To let others know how great your experience was and also to help the host improve where needed. I hope you take the time to communicate why full stars weren’t given so all including myself can understand.
