Spacious 3 bedroom House with screen porch .6 mile from downtown Southport, NC

Welcome to the beautiful, quaint southern town of Southport, NC. Enjoy a short walk or bike ride to the waterfront area to take in the beautiful view, or into town where you will find many small, unique shops, cafes, and restaurants. This one floor house is spacious with new furnishings and hardwood floors throughout. Your stay at this house will include 3 spacious bedrooms, large living room, remodeled kitchen with a nice dining area, large, screened porch, laundry room and 2 full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has been recently remodeled with double sinks, an oversize shower and a jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All bedrooms have their own Smart TV. The living room has a 50" Smart TV with comfortable seating. Enjoy eating outside on the screened porch that includes a dining table for 6 plus additional seating, and a gas grill just off the outside door. Books, games, & cards are available for both children & adults. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, filtered water, electric teapot, and coffee maker (single serve & 12 cup pot). Enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage while seated in the rockers on the front porch. There is also a large laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella are available for guests for your days at the beach. Tennis courts and a playground for children is just 1/2 mile at the end of the street. Parking is available in the paved driveway with a carport.

Loved the house and the location!! The house was very comfortable and clean and had everything one would need. Great space in the house. It was perfect. The location was perfect too. Super close to the downtown area of Southport and to the ferry to go over to Bald Head Island. We loved the boutique shopping in Southport and the restaurants along the waterfront. The hosts were great and quick to respond with the booking and information about the place. We would definitely recommend this house!

Neat as a pin - and great location!

This property is impeccably neat and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable, living room cozy, and kitchen lovely to cook in. The location is great – close to the ferry to bald head Island and also close to downtown Southport and the water. We recommend this place highly!

Very clean, well equipped, cozy with plenty of space for everyone. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the screened in porch, so we’d like to stay here again when we visit during warmer weather.

Great property. Very clean and close to downtown Southport. In town for a family wedding. Luckily Hurricane Debby moved out before we arrived so we were able to enjoy Southport.

Southport Solitude

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of minutes from downtown Southport. The screened porch on the rear of the house is a haven of quiet. The entire house is well-appointed. We experienced nothing but a great, relaxing time with our entire family. We hated to pack up and leave.

We had a great week in Southport! The house was very clean and any issue we had, Don was responsive almost immediately and tried to help resolve it! The home had tons of drawers/closet space/shelves and a place for everything and also lots of extras available for our use. The screened in back porch was wonderful! The homes location was excellent as well. Overall a great stay!

Great location , beautiful Southport Home

Lots of attention to details! Comfortable beds, towel bundles for each person. Love the front porch rockers! Light switches were all labeled taking out the guess work. TVs in each room (didn’t care but some do) so close to so much! Would def come back

Great Place

We loved the house, the location and sitting on the screened in back porch drinking our coffee each morning. The house was very clean and was perfect for a nice time. The evening walk to downtown each evening for dinner was nice also.

Wonderfully comfortable home in excellent location

This was one of the most comfortable homes in which we have stayed on our entire 3 month winter trip south. The construction is solid, no flimsy bits - and it was super for someone with mobility limitations (once inside it is barrier free, and both 3-4 step up entries have super solud handrails). Also the landscaping and back screen porch are lovely. The neighbours are friendly, and its a super safe area. Best of all, within a couple of blocks, I could walk along the wonderful waterfront and watch the wonderful ships and views, or stroll all the shops along the main strip. We even rented a golf cart nearby for a good rate and lived like locals. The communication with the owner was fast, helpful, and friendly - top notch all round.

Perfect for family

The property was clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for visiting. The neighborhood is quiet and a 3 minute drive to the shops in Southport. We loved staying!

Great stay in Southport

This house is pristine clean. It is well stocked with everything you could think of, and with things you may have forgotten. The location is great. It was a little far for us to walk to the waterfront pier. However the drive to everything was quick enough. We visited friends on Oak island, 15 min drive. The ferry to Kurre and Carolina beach was only 5 min away. Don was a great host. He was easily accessible by phone. We would definitely stay again. P.s. I highly recommend Oliver's and Emerson for dinner. Carolina Coastal serves a great breakfast.

Very, very clean, extremely well equipped, excellent location making it very easy to get around. the house had more room that what we needed but it was very nice. We decided to stay there because they allowed a cancellation prior to the trip. Since I have health issues, that is a real plus.

Perfect Home and Location

The property was very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated! Beds were extremely comfortable! A nice walk to the quaint Southport town center. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Was the perfect place for our girls trip getaway. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
