The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All bedrooms have their own Smart TV. The living room has a 50" Smart TV with comfortable seating. Enjoy eating outside on the screened porch that includes a dining table for 6 plus additional seating, and a gas grill just off the outside door. Books, games, & cards are available for both children & adults. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, filtered water, electric teapot, and coffee maker (single serve & 12 cup pot). Enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage while seated in the rockers on the front porch. There is also a large laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella are available for guests for your days at the beach. Tennis courts and a playground for children is just 1/2 mile at the end of the street. Parking is available in the paved driveway with a carport.
