July and August 2025 rentals are Friday to Friday; all other months require only a 2-night minimum except holiday weekends.

Welcome to Little Sebago Lake! This lakefront rental property offers the perfect retreat for families seeking relaxation and outdoor adventure. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living room areas, it comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. Enjoy stunning lake views from nearly every room and spend your days swimming, boating, or fishing right from your doorstep. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy living rooms, each with a fireplace, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The expansive yard provides plenty of space for outdoor activities, while the tranquil setting ensures peace and privacy. Ideal for creating lasting memories, this getaway offers both comfort and natural beauty.

We were in the area for a wedding and this was a beautiful spot to relax before and after. We loved the space, plenty of room and things to do. So many birds, geese, ducks and a kingfisher this morning.

This property is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house with so much room for everyone! Lots of things for the kids to do, the kitchen is beautiful, clean and very well stocked, as was the entire house. Also, the lake is right out the back door
couldn’t as for more! The property owners were awesome to work with, very quick to respond to any questions we had, and so accommodating, too. We all want to go back!

Our stay was amazing! The house was very clean and updated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The house had everything we needed. The location on a dead end street made for a quiet and relaxing time. The kids enjoyed swimming, kayaking and s'mores over the fire. There were some inflatables in the garage that was an added bonus. The ice cream boat was a huge hit. Hannaford's grocery store was an easy 10 min drive. The split A/C units wouldn't turn on but Scott was quick to respond and it was an easy fix! Scott was available and made sure we had everything we needed! We highly recommend The Looney Bin! The sunsets were incredible!

Fantastic lake house vacation

The house is great, and there is so much to do. The place was well stocked with toys and games for kids and adults. The lake access is excellent with a dock in excellent shape, plus a little sandy area for wading. We had a campfire at night. The house is oriented perfectly for seeing the sunset. We didn’t want to leave. I contacted the host several times with questions about the property after booking it, and he always answered within a couple of hours.

We are happy to share our home on Little Sebago Lake where our family of five, including three young kids, enjoy making memories of fishing, swimming, firepits, bbq's and being away from screens as much as possible. It has become our escape and we hope others will make lasting memories as well.

We fell in love with Little Sebago Lake years ago while staying at our friends house just down the lake. When the opportunity was available to us to join the community we jumped at the chance after seeing the incredible view from Sunset Cove.

The privacy, view of the lake and access from the house are all the characteristics that make this home so beautiful and charming.
