Situated in a tranquil section of Fremont, our home provides a peaceful retreat while still being within a block's reach of shops, eateries, and public transit. Fremont's lively atmosphere is sure to captivate you at every turn. This is the epitome of sophisticated living!
The Space
Our stunning home offers a generous living space of 1,587 square feet, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 guests. As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the high-end finishes and meticulous attention to detail throughout the home. The solid hickory floors on the main level add a touch of elegance, while the upgraded cabinets, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances in the Chef's kitchen create a perfect setting for culinary endeavors. The quality craftsmanship is evident throughout, with ample oversized windows that flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting and airy ambiance.
FIRST FLOOR (ENTRY):
- Bedroom One: designed with kids in mind, featuring a beloved bunk bed that will surely spark their imagination. The cozy reading desk and chairs provide a quiet corner for reading and relaxation. The walls are adorned with entertaining movie posters, adding a touch of playful charm to the space.
- Bedroom Two: furnished with classic C2B Queen beds that offer a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
- One full bathroom located between the two bedrooms, ensuring convenience and ease for all guests.
SECOND FLOOR (MAIN LEVEL): ***Mini-split A/C equipped***
-Culinary enthusiast's dream Kitchen, featuring upgraded cabinets, quartz counters, spacious island, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.
- Dining area with an extendable table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests.

-the highlights of our townhome is the rooftop deck, a haven for both relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy panoramic views while sipping your favorite beverage from the wet bar, making it an ideal setting for hosting gatherings and creating lasting memories.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house with private entrance. One assigned parking lot is available at the back side of townhome building. Free street parking is available around the house.

- The regular nightly rate covers 8 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.
*** Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am daily****
*** Please note that as mentioned in our house rules, PARTIES and EVENTS are strictly not allowed. Where parties/events are found, unexpected cleaning costs and $500 fine will be charged accordingly.
- One assigned parking spot is included. Free street parking is also available
- Ring doorbell cameras for exterior use only.
