Great Place in Seattle

I highly recommend this lovely home; location couldn’t be better! It was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were truly comfortable. Communication with Vincent (host) was excellent - and the entire process was easy from check in to check out information. I would definitely come back on our next trip to Seattle!

Great home in quiet neighborhood

This home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed out stay. The only thing to keep in mind is parking can be a bit of a pain. Aside from that I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Great spot!!

Vince is an amazing host! We had everything we needed to be close to family for a long weekend! The directions were simple and neighborhood is quiet! Parking ….well it’s Seattle but would highly recommend!

Convenient and comfortable

The townhouse was roomy and comfortable. We chose it for its convenience to our son and daughter-in-law, and it worked out very well. It is one block off a main road, so that made shopping easy, but may also have contributed to density of parking on the street. Even so, we never had to park farther than about a half block away. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed several pleasant walks in the residential area. The hosts were thorough and helpful in communication. We would definitely consider renting again if it is available when we return to Seattle.

Modern and clean VRBO

This place was very clean and the best thing was that if I had any questions, the owner responded quickly so the communication was great. The unit you stay in is three floors with stairs so if you have issues going upstairs or downstairs, this probably would not be the place for you, but it was not a problem for us. The street that you stay on is pretty narrow so if you have a big truck or SUV, it does make street parking a little difficult as far as enough room for other vehicles to pass on the road. The neighborhood is clean and felt safe. The unit itself I have ZERO complaints. It did take me a little bit to figure out how to operate the heating system, but that was only because I had never used one like it before. The owner responded to my inquiry quickly. This is a great place to stay. It’s about 10 to 15 minutes out of Seattle depending on traffic, and I really thought the price was reasonable. I was lucky to find it on short notice and recommend it highly to anybody.

Wedding in Ballard

Unfortunately after getting to the unit we could not stay. The overpowering smell of the cleaner used was eye irritating as well as the throat. We opened all windows and doors for over an hour to no avail. The neighborhood is fine but there is NO parking. So if you have another couple staying, there is no parking for 2 couples. The pull out “ sofa bed” is big enough for maybe little kids. We contacted owner and property manager about the irritating cleaner smell and that there was no way we could stay. All we got was that they would check with the cleaners and that nobody else has ever complained. We were basically dismissed. In addition no amount of even the smallest refund was offered because it was our problem. We have traveled all over the world and never have we ever had a situation of such an off putting smell of a combination of strong Lysol and glade plug-ins.

We always aim to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced with both the odor and the parking situation. I would, however, like to clarify that we did not advertise parking. Your feedback about the sofa bed and the lack of adequate compensation is also appreciated and will be taken into consideration for future improvements. Cozy and stylish townhome in Ballard

We had a great one night stay at this property. Loved the layout and design. Fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms had beautiful outdoor spaces attached to them. AC kept us cool during the hot day. Street parking is easy to obtain and the property is extremely walkable, and easy to catch the D line or 44 bus lines. Would recommend and would stay again.

A great Spot in Ballard

Very convenient location, with a Starbucks two blocks away and the wonderful Ballard Street eateries a 10 minute walk.
