Grill is available but you will have to bring your own propane. We charge $50 extra for the cleaning and we will reimburse if you take a photo upon check-out that the grill is clean. Thank You!

Pool heating is not guaranteed during cold weather or equipment issues. Regular pest control is performed, but some pests may still be present due to Florida's climate.

PARKING ALERT! ONLY 2 VEHICHLES ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE COMMUNITY and only 2 RF CARDS will be provided. For visitors parking you may only use the vehicles that are registered with the HOA and they cannot left parked overnight. For overnight parking for 3+ vehicles, they must be parked at a public parking location, such as Publix, wallmart etc.
