The water was shut off due to water district repairs and the street was closed so we temporarily couldn’t access the home. We realized this was no fault of the host but she was sure quick to make sure we knew this was not her fault and in no way would she offset any inconvenience we incurred. The pictures show the inside of the home and back yard which was clean and new. There are no pictures of the front of the home. The pictures did not represent the entire rental. Property. The reality was a home with bars on the windows and in a neighborhood in which I understood why there were bars on the windows. There were homeless people walking up and down the street day and night. My nine year old said it best “this place has everything you don’t need and nothing you need” if you want vending machines, Christmas trees, and a juicer, this is the place for you! If you want sheets and blankets on the bed, sponges and dish towels for dishes, or utensils to cook with, you might want to look elsewhere.

All in all the place was very adequate. I’ll start with the good. Ample space to accommodate our group of three adults and 4 kids. Outdoor tv and pool sitting area was a nice place to relax. Now for the challenges: Host communication was difficult with delays in answering our questions. We didn’t get the check in info until 10min before check in time which made it hard to plan and raised questions as to if we would receive it at all. Also there was no check out instructions or house manual. The kitchen had certain well stocked items like a keurig and pods, but extremely lacking in cooking supplies, pots, pans, spatula, etc. also no dish soap, or garbage bags that fit the trash can. Hot water ran out quickly. Seating arrangement in the house was odd, and there was no dining table. Property description stated that there is a dishwasher, but in reality there is not one. Property description states that there is a grill, but on check in it is stated that there will be a charge to use and you must provide your own propane. This was not listed in the property description. So, again we did enjoy our stay but the host needs to do beater to address the above issues and communicate better.

Back yard space was an amazing place to relax and spend our mornings together visiting. Check-in email said there would be an additional 100 charge to use the outdoor grill but the vending machines did work. The home’s security system(s) let us feel very safe and comfortable.

For a family vacation, this was not a good space. The set up of the house feels like it is more for an "adult party" than for a family. The arrangement of the space is not conducive to relaxing as a family, as the couches are not near the TVs or arranged to relax but rather perhaps other activities... The house I will say is very secure with multiple locks on each door for safety given the neighborhood. Melva was really nice when the deadbolt locked twice and we were locked out at 11pm. However, the cleanliness was not great with adult stains on the couch, finger prints on the windows, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked but the Teflon pans had serious scratches in them, a proven carcinogenic so we didnt end up cooking with the food we had bought. If you are in vegas to party, to not stay at the house at all or to cook, this is fine but if you are coming with a family and except to stay at the house at all, this was not a great option.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. Great house, pool, outdoor kitchen. What did it for our group was the outdoor living room. Ample bedrooms, and room for many. Stocked with everything. The neighborhood doesn't look like the best, but the HOUSE is a hidden gem. We had no problems with the neighbors or the neighborhood. The house is close to everything. Very peaceful, cozy and quiet. Their is a fee to utilize the outdoor barbecue grill. Other than that everything was great.Definitely a must stay. It's a hidden oasis

Check in was easy but, Master bath toilet had tp or paper towels in it when we arrived tried to flush and my husband had to plunge and turns out the water to toilet was off. First shower in master bathroom I noticed large black hair ball and shower was not clean, the drain backed up covering my feet. Again my husband plunged and fixed it thank goodness. Kitchen Lacks pots n pans if you are going to cook. Other than that house worked well.
