Ouverte et lumineuse, 1 km du Strip, immense cour avec piscine et spa, pour 8 personnes

Belle nouvelle propriété située à seulement un mile de la bande dans le célèbre quartier de McNeil Estates. Ceci est une location de vacances sous licence (G64-08272) avec la ville de Las Vegas.

La maison est proche de tout, mais reste suffisamment isolée pour que vous vous sentiez complètement privé. Immense cour avec grande cour, arbres fruitiers, coin salon couvert, piscine et bain à remous. Plan d'étage ouvert et de la lumière comprend une zone de petit coin, cuisine sièges bar, grand salon et salle à manger, et quatre chambres. Il y a trois salles de bain complètes qui ont chacune une baignoire et une douche.

Il y a trois téléviseurs dans la maison, tous avec des paquets de sport haut de gamme. Il y a un parking allée confortable pour trois petites voitures ou deux grosses voitures.

Absolument magnifique, spacieuse, lumineuse et ouverte. La maison de divertissement parfaite!
La maison est autorisée et réglementée par la ville de Las Vegas. Vous ne penserez jamais à réserver une chambre dans un hôtel sans licence / illégal, assurez-vous donc que votre location de vacances est également autorisée.

Perfect spot for us. It was just ten min from World Expo which is where we had to be during the weekend. House was clean. No issues at all. Will definitely be choosing to stay here in future if it's available. Was a little pricey but we ultimately were ok with the decision since we didn't have to park and walk through casinos.

This house has a lot of space and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is great. You can easily get to anything you would want to do in Las Vegas. If you sit outside in the morning you get serenaded by multiple types of birds. There also seems to be a resident Western Fence Lizard that makes his appearance each morning on top of the cinderblock fence. He does pushups every morning...either showing his territory or he's looking for the ladies. It is hilarious.

The location was perfect for what we were looking for! Quiet neighborhood, spacious home. Close to everything but far enough from the strip. Terry was an very responsive host, the place was just as described, I will definitely return to this house in the future!

We could not get the master bathroom shower to produce hot water for some reason, seemed like there was a valve problem with the shower itself as there was hot water elsewhere. mis communication on the availability of the hot tub in winter was a minor inconvenience. overall the house fit our needs well and the location and neighborhood were great.

There was no miscommunication regarding the hot tub - the seasonal operation disclaimer is on the listing at the time of booking. I am sorry you did not read the listing in its entirety before booking. Regarding the hot water, I sent my plumber out who said everything was functioning fine ; like I explained to you if everyone is running water at once, the hot water will deplete, like any standard water heater. Take care.

Great option for bigger parties!

We had six adults staying for a concert and we all got our own beds. The property was close to the venue and airport making it very convenient and centrally located. The host was very responsive to messages and the check in/out process was easy. Would stay again!

This was absolutely worth the money! The host was great with communication and willing to address any concerns that arose. The house was super clean, with plenty of linens for our needs, and the beds were quite comfortable. Location was ideal, just close enough to the action of the strip that we were able to enjoy the reason we were there, and just far enough that we weren't bothered by the hustle and bustle. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, and that was very appreciated. The only part that was disappointing is that I didn't notice the pool and spa were not in operation during the winter months, and everyone came with that expectation in mind. That was an oversight on my part and certainly not the host's fault. I would absolutely choose to stay here again, and hope it is aviable the same week next year. :)

Great place for a stay close to the strip!

The Vrbo was very accommodating to our group of 8. Terry was very nice and helpful through the whole process. Great and comfy rooms with a nice little setting in a neighborhood off the strip. Highly recommend if you're looking for some comfort on your stay!!

No Chests of Drawers in any bedrooms. Had to unpack and lay clothes on the floors and use an ironing board for a nightstand. A trip to IKEA for a couple of sets of drawers could have made this place perfect. Glad the floors were spotless!
