Welcome to this cool furnished house in uptown New Orleans. This welcoming property features 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and a twin bed, one bathroom and perfect for small groups or families. With amenities like a washing machine, private driveway, off street parking, dishwasher, large front yard and gated backyard, WiFi, heating, and AC, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. My place is equipped and furnished for both long or short stays to make your Super Bowl and Mardi Gras one to remember. The location is prime time for exploring one of the most historic places of the city known as Garden District. It’s home to many landmarks including Audubon Park with property only a few blocks from the St. Charles Ave streetcar line . Enjoy a ride on the streetcar while sightseeing many historic mansions and other beautiful scenery along St. Charles Ave. This home is a wonderful spot to relax and prepare for the 2025 Super Bowl and Mardi Gras. Located so close to the Mardi Gras routes you’ll be sure to obtain walking distance to the nearest parades and many more! Be ready for charming and respectful neighbors who are so welcoming and nice to talk to which will further your enjoyment of New Orleans!
