Very easy check in, we felt safe with the gate and court yard. Walking distance from Frenchman street was really nice. Overall great stay, only minor thing is the furniture is a little small. Made no difference to us since we spent most of the timeout of the apartment.

Place is clean and the location is great. The bed is super uncomfortable and very close to the floor. Also the only blanket is a down comforter that is very hot and uncomfortable. So it was sleep under the comforter and wake up after an hour drenched in sweat or sleep under just the top sheet and freeze. We asked for a lighter blanket and recieved another top sheet... which kinda helped but not really.

This was just perfect for 2 or us. Walkable and bikeable to everything we wanted to do. Grocery store near by, c so convenient! We loved the gate and the Courtyard

We chose this location for my husband’s birthday trip, and it was perfect. The home was close to everything. We were able to take an Uber to restaurants, the stadium, and Bourbon Street, and most rides were only about seven minutes.We had an amazing experience. There was also a store around the corner within walking distance, which made it easy to grab snacks when needed. We can’t wait to return and will definitely look into booking this location again.

The host was very helpful. The area, at first seemed “sketchy” but once we got familiar with the area it was just fine. We parked right out on the street and always found a spot to park. The inside “courtyard” was very cute. Nothing to complain about at all really, im very much into cleanliness and this place I had no issues with.

Overall, I was satisfied with the listing. The rental was very clean. For New Orleans, there should be some Whiskey glasses in the room. There were only some tea glasses and coffee mugs. The pictures that are still posted, showed a different coffee table for the couch and there were end tables on each end of the couch/lounge that one could rest a glass on if needed. Those were not there. I had pull up a chair from the desk to rest my glass. The bed was only moderately comfortable and the pillows were all the same, very thick and hard. There should be a variety in a rental like this. The rental was listed as "steps to the French Quarter." Maybe.... 3000 steps but you would not want to walk in this neighborhood at night. As one comes out the gate, to the left there is a bar or something where people were loitering and noisy. So, the room was fine overall. Once inside the gates and inside the apartment all was good. But it was a little sketchy. I did not get that from the listing or reviews. Host communication was good. I believe if there had been a serious problem, he or she would have been right on it. So in summary. I would not park on the street. We used one of the parking garages helpfully listed in the add. The room was nice enough. Everything we wanted to do was a short Uber ride, but not walkable. Price was good. Pillows, Mattress, end tables and just a few other inexpensive upgrades would be great.

Great room for the price but the pillows are abolutely awful cheap poly fill. Neighbors above banging around at 6am. Other than that an enjoyable stay! Shower is nice and hot so bonus for that.

This property is extremely clean. We felt very safe in this area and met some very nice locals. There are a couple of bars nearby that we felt very welcomed in. Ubers are readily available to explore the area. We would definitely stay again.

Right off of Frenchmen Street is a plus

The apartment was very nice! The area was quiet and it was a prime location! Frenchmen street is just a few blocks over and it offers night life that’s a little more chill than Bourbon Street! Overall it’s a great place to stay!
