Entry:
The home is equipped with a keypad on the front door. The code generated for you will be unique for your stay and no one else will be given this code. Please do not share your code with others and if you would like to register more than one code, please let us know! We’d love to get your help and ask if you’d please remove your shoes when entering the home and not allow water to soak on the floor.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire condo, garage, and ski room! The only thing we wish to mention is that we do have 1 locked closet that is for our owner supplies. This makes it easier for us to restock in between guests!
Other things to note
⏺3RD FLOOR CONDO:
Our condo is located on the third floor, accessible only by stairs, as the building does not have an elevator. Guests should be prepared to navigate the stairs comfortably and exercise caution when carrying luggage or heavy items to prevent injury or damage. We kindly ask that you remain mindful of noise levels while using the stairs, especially during early mornings or late evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors. In case of an emergency, please use the stairs to exit the building, as there are no elevators. If you have any mobility concerns or questions about accessibility, please reach out to us prior to booking to ensure the property meets your needs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

⏺NO AIR CONDITIONING:
Please note that our home does not have air conditioning, which is common in some areas of Utah. Summers can be hot, so we’ve made every effort to ensure your comfort by providing portable fans throughout the home to promote airflow. During peak heat, we recommend keeping the fans running to circulate air and create a more comfortable environment.
Additionally, we suggest keeping blinds and curtains closed during the hottest parts of the day to minimize heat indoors and opening windows in the evening or early morning when temperatures are cooler.

After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick verification process, which includes:

A temporary $2,500 security hold

If you prefer not to place a security hold, you can choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead:

⏱ Timing & Same-Day Bookings (Important)
We kindly ask that the verification process be completed promptly after booking so everything is finalized well before arrival.
For same-day or last-minute reservations, access to the home is provided at check-in. Verification is still required as part of the stay and must be completed promptly after arrival to remain in compliance with our house rules.
Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable timeframe after booking or arrival may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policy.
