Spacious living areas, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, TV and billiard rooms, service areas, plus 1 double bedroom with private bathroom (wheelchair accessible) and a laundry area.
First Floor
7 double bedrooms (including 2 master suites), 4 single bedrooms, and 1 single with a French bed â each featuring a private bathroom and air conditioning.
Rates for smaller groups and weddings available upon request.

Villa Piaggia offers a remarkable stay in the heart of Tuscany. Guests will experience a noble familyâs historic estate surrounded by the breathtaking Tuscan countryside and pristine nature. The owners have lovingly maintained every detail to give their guests the opportunity to live like locals and enjoy the estateâs tranquility, timeless charm, and relaxed atmosphere.
Guests will have exclusive access to 150 hectares of woodland â ideal for walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, or simply relaxing with a beautiful view and a good book.
The villa is located near San Gimignano and can welcome up to 25 guests in over 1,000 mÂČ of indoor space across two floors. The ground floor includes air-conditioned lounges and sitting rooms, a traditional Tuscan kitchen, the elegant dining room, a fireplace living room, TV room, Italian billiard room, 2 service bathrooms, pantry, and laundry room. A spacious twin bedroom with wheelchair-accessible en-suite bathroom and one staff bedroom with private bathroom are also located on this floor.
The first floor features 7 double bedrooms (2 master suites), 4 twin bedrooms, and 1 single room with a French bed â all equipped with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

My earliest memories of Piaggia date back to when all the farms were inhabited, bread was baked at home, and in September, a thanksgiving mass for the harvest was celebrated in the family chapel. The children went to school at the end of the road: a single teacher for all the classes, who walked every day from Montaione.
