LAKEVIEW UPPER VILLA ON BIG TURTLE LAKE
The Upper Villa combines Cabins 16 and 17, giving you six bedrooms and five bathrooms with elevated lake views. These connected cabins welcome up to 8 guests comfortably, with room for larger groups up to 16.

LIVING SPACES
Each cabin features its own living room with a gas fireplace and full kitchen with dishwasher. Vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in natural light while keeping you connected to lake views. When summer arrives, air conditioning keeps both spaces cool and comfortable.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Two elevated decks give your group multiple spots for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening gatherings. Charcoal grills and campfire pits create perfect outdoor dining spaces with lake views.

Just 12 miles north of Bemidji, you're close to town but feel worlds away. Fish right off our docks, explore the Paul Bunyan Trail, or simply soak in lake views from your elevated decks. The lake connects to a chain of five lakes, offering endless opportunities for boating and exploration.
Want even more space? Add Cabins 18-19 to create the complete Villa - perfect for larger family reunions and group gatherings.
Note: Rates based on 8 guests. Additional guests $45/person/night up to 16 maximum. Boat rentals booked separately.
