Come stay at our clean and spacious home located in a quiet Bemidji neighborhood! 

This is a true home away from home. With 7 beds in total including 2 kings, 2 queens, and 3 twins, there's plenty of space for you and your group! A fully stocked kitchen gives you the opportunity to whip up a home cooked meal and enjoy a cup of Caribou coffee from our keurig. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, a portable baby crib, a high chair, etc. are provided. A washer and dryer are located downstairs. High speed wifi powers your devices as well as the 5 smart TV's that are located in both living rooms, and the three upstairs bedrooms. These TV's are equipped with Hulu live TV so you can watch NFL on Sundays, Peacock, so you can watch The Office and HBO Max. 

A private fenced in backyard with a large patio provides a great place to play yard games, grill, have a campfire and hang out. Inside you'll find a house filled with many amenities, cozy beds, a gas fireplace, two living areas, and a game room with a pool table. A smart thermostat makes it easy to control the heat and AC throughout the seasons. This home is a terrific place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the one of a kind city of Bemidji!

Our guests love the convenience of this rare home as it is 2 miles from downtown Bemidji, 1/2 mile from the Sanford Center, 1/2 mile from boat access to Lake Bemidji, and within easy walking distance to a beautiful park.

Simple Self check-in is provided. An attached 2 car garage is available for use as well as the additional free parking spaces on site.

We could not get the wonderful gas stove in the dining room lit as the handle was missing. Finally my son arrived and he had a tool we could use to get the nozzle on and off. The bedding was plentiful and the beds very comfortable. It was very cozy and everyone enjoyed the pool table in the basement!

Comfortable home for big group.

Our large family group enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Plenty of space for everyone and nice backyard to enjoy. Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were! The basement shower was quite terrible and is in need of replacement. Outside of house needs some upkeep with rotting windowsills and siding.

Perfect spot!

They literally thought of everything for this house! It was comfortable, spacious, and fun! Perfect place to unwind after a long day of ice fishing. The group unanimously agreed that we will have to make this our spot to stay for our annual trip!

Clean and spacious home

This home rental served our family gathering from South Dakota very well. It was roomy and great for all ages. It was great to find this awesome pet friendly home with a great fenced in back yard. We are making plans to stay for the next gathering!!

Friend reunion

It was my besties 50th, we are all BSU graduates, we had a great time heading down memory lane. The house was perfect, very comfortable, well stocked and in a very convenient location. We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone, we only used a small portion but it would be great for a family vacation.

We grew up in the Midwest and can't get away! I came to school in Bemidji three years ago. My brother, David, works for the DNR out of Bagley. We bought this home shortly after I came to BSU. David and I have put in hundreds of hours of work into this one of a kind house. While we aren't working on the house, we love to golf, hunt, and fish. We are so excited to be able to offer our home to you!
